Description

The present invention relates to an apparatus for collecting food parts of giant jellyfish that are edible, such as Echizen jellyfish.

Conventionally, damage caused by jellyfish of a relatively small size (with an umbrella diameter of about 15 centimeters) such as water jellyfish in the sea near Japan, for example, jellyfish generated in large quantities near water intakes in facilities such as power plants Many developments and proposals have been made regarding methods and devices for preventing damages such as the situation where machinery must be stopped after entering the factory. For example, there are many disclosures in patent publications, patent publications, and the like under the names of jellyfish exclusion devices, intrusion prevention devices, removal devices, and processing devices.
Published Patent Publication, JP2001-140245, Jellyfish Recovery Device Published Patent Publication, JP-A-2002-138446, Jellyfish Collection and Reuse Method Published patent publication, JP-A-2004-122118, jellyfish processing apparatus and jellyfish processing method

However, in recent years, large numbers of giant jellyfish, such as Echizen jellyfish, have been generated and have entered large amounts in stationary nets and bottom nets, blocking the meshes, making them unusable or impossible to lift, or damaging fish that have been caught, This has caused serious damage to the fishery by significantly reducing the freshness of the fishery. It is difficult to apply the methods and devices disclosed in the publications to the fishery damage caused by such giant jellyfish. In addition, no effective method or device has been developed so far to relieve and resolve the damage to the fishery caused by giant jellyfish. An effective solution to this problem and the rapid development of equipment are awaited.

On the other hand, Echizen jellyfish, bizen jellyfish, and the like have been used effectively as food materials. However, since an effective method and apparatus for efficiently capturing giant jellyfish such as Echizen jellyfish for food use has not been developed, the amount of giant jellyfish used effectively has been small. For example, as a conventional method of catching giant jellyfish, for example, two to three people are boarded on a 5 ton boat and scooped with a tamo net with a diameter of about 1 m, or 15 to 20 nets with a height of 5 to 8 m and a width of about 40 m. The hanged net method was used, where the jellyfish were caught at a right angle to the tide and caught over the net.

As described above, in the conventional method of capturing a giant jellyfish, the captured giant jellyfish has to be transported to the port as it is to be landed and processed. However, many giant jellyfish have a diameter of 1 to 2 m and a weight of 150 kg or more, and landing work and other processing work have been difficult. Furthermore, the non-food parts other than the umbrella are easily rotted, and there are toxic parts such as tentacles, making it difficult to secure a disposal place and a disposal process.

The present applicant has made an invention that solves the above problems and has applied for a patent (Patent Document 4). However, in the above-mentioned invention, in order to capture the giant jellyfish, first, the giant jellyfish swimming in the sea is brought to the surface of the sea, and the giant jellyfish that has emerged is captured. The giant jellyfish levitation means consists of a gathering net for gathering the giant jellyfish at an appropriate location and a bubble release pipe for levitating the giant jellyfish swimming in the sea, and the gathering net is forward from the front end of the hull frame. It is composed of two vertically sloping nets that open toward. The lower position of the net is preferably several meters (for example, 2 to 5 meters), and the length of each net is preferably several meters. Further, the depth position of the bubble discharge pipe is preferably the same as the lower position (depth) of the net, or preferably 0 to 1 meter deeper from the lower position.

Japanese Patent Application No. 2006-183811

The above-mentioned invention of the application described above is intended for capturing giant jellyfish swimming within a depth of several meters from the sea surface. However, giant jellyfish such as Echizen jellyfish are swimming at such depths for a period of time during the day, and other times are usually swimming at a depth of 10 to 30 m. There is a problem that the number of giant jellyfish that can be captured is limited to a small number. In addition, bubbles are released from pipes in the sea in order to make giant jellyfish float, but since seawater flows at a fairly high speed, a large amount of bubbles must be released, which is a low efficiency as a means of ascent. Is a challenge. Furthermore, even if a giant jellyfish is levitated, there is a problem that the position where it rises cannot be controlled, and when the suction device is operated manually, it is difficult to operate and it is difficult to catch the giant jellyfish umbrella well. . In recent years, the use of giant jellyfish such as Echizen jellyfish as food, use as pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, and other fields has been studied, and a large amount of demand is expected to occur in the near future. However, it is difficult to capture a large amount of giant jellyfish with the device of the above-described invention, which is a problem.

This invention solves an above-described subject, and makes it a subject to provide the apparatus which can extract | collect the food material part of a giant jellyfish efficiently, and can supply it in large quantities. FIG. 6 shows a configuration example of the three-dimensional moving means 16. 6A shows an upper plan view, and FIG. 6B shows a cross-sectional side view. The three-dimensional moving means 16 is configured to be able to move in the front-rear direction (the left-right direction in the figure) of the work boat 50 along the horizontal fixed beam 19. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, a rack is provided on the lower surface of the horizontal fixed beam 19, and a pinion 16a meshing with the rack is driven by a motor M1. Further, a screw is cut on the upper portion of the support member 15, this screw is screwed with a screw cut inside the worm wheel 16b, and the worm wheel 16b meshes with the worm 16c, and is driven by the motor M3. The worm 16c is driven to rotate. As a result, the support member 15 moves up and down. The worm wheel 16b is rotatably supported by a bearing or the like. The block 16d is rotatably supported by a bearing or the like, and a worm wheel 16b and a worm 16c are provided in the inner space. Further, a worm wheel 16e is provided on a part of the outer surface of the block 16d, and the worm 16f meshes and is driven by the motor M2. Therefore, when the block 16d rotates, the worm 16c, the worm wheel 16b, and the support member 15 also rotate in the same direction together. As a result, the support member 15 is moved and rotated in the front-rear direction and the up-down direction by driving the three motors M1 to M3, and the capture device 13 can be moved in an arbitrary three-dimensional direction. Note that the three-dimensional moving means 16 has been shown to be compact. The present invention is not limited to this, and other configurations may be used.

7 and 8 show a cutting device described in the aforementioned patent application (Patent Document 4). In the present application, this may be used as it is, or another cutting device may be used. FIG. 7 shows an embodiment of a separating and cutting apparatus using a rotary blade. (A) is a plan view and (B) is a side view. Two driven gears 40a and 40b are provided with rotary blades 41a and 41b eccentrically, respectively. The rotary blades 41a and 41b rotate in directions opposite to each other, and a part thereof overlaps as shown by the circle of the locus of the maximum radius of each blade. The gear 40a meshes directly with the drive gear 42, the gear 40b meshes with the drive gear 42 via the idle gear 43, and the driven gears 40a and 40b have the same rotational speed, but the rotational direction is reversed. Yes. Thereby, the giant jellyfish 10 is cut at the position of the dotted line in the figure, and the food part 10a and the non-food part 10b are separated.

FIG. 8 shows an embodiment of an apparatus for separating and cutting by reciprocating the blade. One end of the cutting blade 45 reciprocates by the slider mechanism 46, and the other end reciprocates up and down while swinging left and right by the link mechanism 47. When moving upward, the cutting blade 45 approaches the giant jellyfish 10 as indicated by the dotted line in the figure, and when moving downward, the cutting blade 45 is further away from the giant jellyfish 10 as indicated by the solid line in the figure. . Therefore, when moving upward, it cuts well. The present invention may use the cutting device shown in FIG. 7 or the cutting device shown in FIG.

Hereinafter, a method for capturing and fixing the giant jellyfish 10 using the three-dimensional moving means 16 and the capturing device 13 and a method (procedure) for cutting will be described. First, the center position of the umbrella of the giant jellyfish is obtained from a photographed image of the giant jellyfish 10 that has floated near the sea surface by the camera 25 provided in the capturing device 13 by an arithmetic unit (not shown). Next, a direction and a distance from the position of the camera 25 to the center position of the umbrella are calculated, and control signals for the motors M1 and M2 are obtained based on the calculated values to drive the motors M1 and M2. When the camera 25 comes right above the center of the umbrella of the giant jellyfish 10, the valve 28a (see FIG. 5) is opened and the capturing device 13 is lowered. When a giant jellyfish is adsorbed on the adsorption capturing unit 21, the suction pressure is rapidly reduced. Immediately after this, when the valve 28b is opened, the giant jellyfish 10 is adsorbed and fixed to the capture device 13 with the umbrella opened. In the state of being adsorbed and fixed, the cutting device 17 cuts and separates the food part 10a and the non-food part 10b. The food part 10a is carried to the opening while being adsorbed, and the adsorbing state is released on the opening and stored in the storage case 18.

<Embodiment 2>
Embodiment 2 in which the collection efficiency is further improved will be described below. FIG. 9 shows a main part of the second embodiment. In FIG. 9, the giant jellyfish 10 is levitated at a predetermined speed in a catching path 14 provided downstream of the guide net 12, and a levitating device 30 is provided to facilitate catching. The levitation device 30 is provided with a plurality of partition plates 32 on the outer peripheral surface of the rotating cylinder 31 rotating in the direction of the arrow in the figure to form a plurality of small sections 33 (33a, 33b, 33c,...). The size of 33 is configured to allow about one giant jellyfish to enter. Further, in order to facilitate the entry of the giant jellyfish 10 and the floating of the giant jellyfish that has entered the sea surface, for example, as shown in the figure, a pump 34 is provided inside the rotating cylinder 31, and the rotating cylinder 31 is provided. An opening hole 35 is provided at the bottom of each small section 33. Further, a scraping portion 37 protruding in the rotation direction is provided at the outer peripheral end of the partition plate 32. The suction port of the pump 34 faces the opening hole 35 of the small section 33a on the entry side, and the discharge port of the pump 34 faces the opening hole of the small section 33b on the floating side. Further, the disk portion 20 of the capturing device 13 is disposed above the small section 33c on the front side of the floating section 33b. Further, a Savonius turbine (not shown) may be provided on the side surface of the rotating cylinder 31, and the rotating cylinder 31 may be rotated using ocean current energy.

If the levitation device 30 is provided as in the second embodiment, each giant jellyfish floats at a substantially constant position at a substantially constant speed, so that it is easy to capture and fix the giant jellyfish 10. Is obtained. Further, as shown in FIG. 10A, a mechanism 38 that rotates in a ring shape indicated by a one-dot chain line is provided above the levitation device 30, and a plurality of trapping devices 13 are provided in the ring mechanism 38 to enable continuous work. If it comprises, it will become possible to extract | collect a more efficient foodstuff part.

FIG. 10B shows an arrangement example of the present invention when the direction of the ocean current changes to the direction of the solid line and the direction of the dotted line. That is, when the flow direction of the ocean current is a solid line, the giant jellyfish are gathered in the center by the center and lower guide nets 11, and when the ocean current flow direction is the dotted line, the giant jellyfish are centered by the center and upper guide nets 11. To collect. The giant jellyfish (not shown) collected in the center are guided and levitated by the guide net 12 and the capture path 14 in each case, and are captured and fixed by a capture device (not shown) and processed.

As described above, according to the invention of the embodiment of the present application, the migratory giant jellyfish 10 is collected at the approximate center by the guide net 11, floated by the guide net 12, and guided to the capture path 14. A large amount of giant jellyfish can be captured, and it is possible to cope with a large amount of demand. Moreover, since the position where the giant jellyfish 10 floats can be limited to a predetermined position, it is possible to obtain the effect that the giant jellyfish 10 can be captured and fixed smoothly. Moreover, if the levitation apparatus described in the second embodiment is used, the harvesting efficiency can be further improved.
In the present embodiment, the camera 25 is provided in the capture device 13, but the present invention is not limited to this, and may be provided at the tip of the horizontal fixed beam 19, for example. Two cameras 25 may be provided to form a compound eye.
