Abstract

Claims (10)
- 各々が、複数の穴(202)を有する第1の表面と、この第1の表面に反対側の第2の表面とをを有する複数のターゲットプレート(102)を具備するターゲット保持デバイス(100)であって、
前記複数のターゲットプレート(102)は、その1つのターゲットプレート(102)の第1の表面が、隣接するターゲットプレート(102)の第2の表面に接触するように配置される、ことを特徴とするターゲット保持デバイス(100)。 - 前記複数のターゲットプレート(102)の位置合わせおよび接合を容易にするために、前記ターゲットプレート(102)のうちの少なくとも1つを通り抜ける1つまたは複数のシャフト(108)をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のデバイス。
- 前記シャフト(108)が、前記ターゲットプレート(102)それぞれの中心を通り抜けることを特徴とする請求項2記載のデバイス。
- 前記シャフト(108)が、ねじ切りされた両端部(702)と、それらの間の滑らかな本体(704)とを有することを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ターゲットプレート(102)をそれらの間で挟持するように配置されたエンドプレート(106)をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のターゲット保持デバイス(100)と、
前記ターゲット保持デバイス(100)に連結されたケーブル(802)であって、炉心に前記ターゲット保持デバイス(100)を導入するのを容易にするのに十分な剛性と、前記炉心から前記ターゲット保持デバイス(100)を回収するのを容易にするのに十分な強度と、管群の曲がり部内で前記ターゲット保持デバイス(100)を操作するのに十分な可撓性とを有する、ケーブル(802)と、
を備えるターゲットホルダアセンブリ(800)。 - 前記ケーブル(802)には、予め規定された長さのところに印が付けられ、前記予め規定された長さが、基準点から前記炉心内の所定の場所までの距離に対応することを特徴とする請求項6記載のアセンブリ。
- 各ターゲットプレート(102)の前記第1の表面上に区分マーキング(402)をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
- 前記ターゲットプレート(102)が、デバイス(100)によって保持されるターゲットの断面積に比べて小さい断面積を有する様々な材料で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかまたは請求項8に記載のデバイス。
- 前記複数のターゲットプレート(102)と交互に配置された1つまたは複数のセパレータプレート(104)をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかまたは請求項8または9に記載のデバイス。
