Description

The present invention relates to a cleaning agent.

Conventionally, anionic surfactants such as alkyl sulfates, sulfonates, and higher fatty acid salts have been widely used for skin cleansing agents as a main component because of their high foaming characteristics. However, these anionic surfactants have a problem that they feel refreshed and soft, although a refreshing feel can be obtained after washing. A skin cleaning method (Patent Document 1) has been proposed as a method of reducing the feeling of tension after washing and giving moisturized moisture, by applying a detergent containing a high amount of polyhydric alcohol directly to the skin without foaming. . However, in skin cleansing agents, it is common to apply foaming agents to the face after lathering and cleansing while massaging, so the original usage method of applying directly without lathering is not made. In many cases, the effect was not exhibited.

On the other hand, the “foam-type detergent”, which is filled with a detergent composition in a former container and discharged in the form of foam, can be washed while being massaged with fine foam and has little friction on the skin. It is widely used because it is simpler than foaming the agent. Foam type detergent is also used by directly applying foam discharged from the former container to the skin, so if polyhydric alcohol is mixed in the detergent, it is expected to get moist moist after washing. Is done.
However, when polyhydric alcohol is highly blended in the cleaning material, the viscosity of the composition increases, and when used in a former container, the foam dischargeability is deteriorated. In particular, there was a problem that the foam was rough and the shape retention was poor at low temperatures (Patent Documents 2 and 3). For this reason, it was not possible to highly blend polyhydric alcohol in the cleaning composition filled in the former container.

Figure 2011012034
Figure 2011012034

Specific examples of the component (C) include glycerin (IOB = 5.0); sorbitol (IOB = 5.0), sucrose (IOB = 4.4), maltitol (IOB = 4.4), mannitol (IOB) = 5.0), sugar alcohols such as xylitol (IOB = 5.0), and polyoxyethylene glycoside derivatives such as polyoxyethylene (20) methyl glycoside (IOB = 3.4). The polyhydric alcohol of the component (C) can obtain a particularly high moisturizing effect among the polyhydric alcohols. However, when blended in the cleaning material, the viscosity becomes high and the texture of the foam discharged at a low temperature becomes rough. Therefore, it is difficult to blend a large amount alone. In the present invention, by combining the component (D) together with the component (C), the viscosity of the cleaning material can be lowered, and the polyhydric alcohol of the component (C) can be blended in a large amount.

Specific examples of component (D) include linear or branched glycols, monoalkyl mono, di, or trialkyl glycol ethers, polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, and polyoxyethylene glycol. Among these, 1,3-butylene glycol (IOB = 2.5), isoprene glycol (IOB = 2.0), propylene glycol (IOB = 3.3), dipropylene glycol (IOB = 1.8), etc. Glycol having 2 to 10 carbon atoms; diethylene glycol monoethyl ether (IOB = 1.6), polypropylene glycol having a molecular weight of 100 to 10,000, polyethylene glycol having a molecular weight of 100 to 10,000, and an average added mole number of oxyethylene of 4 -20 polyoxyethylene diglyceryl ether is preferable, and isoprene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, and diethylene glycol monoethyl ether are particularly preferable.

In the present invention, the total content of the component (D) in the cleaning material is preferably 0.5 to 30% by mass, more preferably 1 to 15% by mass, and particularly preferably 2 to 10% by mass.
Moreover, content of a component (D) is determined by a mass ratio with a component (C), and it is (D) / (C) = 0.01-1 that a polyhydric alcohol (C) and (D ) Has a large effect of reducing the viscosity of the cleaning material, the foam obtained from the former container is fine, and the visibility is good. Furthermore, mass ratio (D) / (C) = 0.05 to 0.8 is preferable and 0.1 to 0.5 is particularly preferable in that the effect of reducing the viscosity of the cleaning material is high.

Among the components (D), (D1) a polyhydric alcohol having an IOB value of 0.1 or more and less than 1.8, and (D2) a polyhydric alcohol having an IOB value of 1.8 or more and less than 3.4. It is preferable to use in combination because the effect of lowering the liquid viscosity of the cleaning material is further increased, and compared with the case where only the component (D1) is contained, the formation of precipitates at low temperatures and the turbidity of the solution can be suppressed. .
Specific examples of (D1) include diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, polypropylene glycol having a molecular weight of 400 or more, particularly diethylene glycol monoethyl ether (IOB = 1.6), polypropylene glycol-9 (IOB = 0.67). Is preferred.
Specific examples of (D2) include 1,3-butylene glycol, isoprene glycol, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, polypropylene glycol having a molecular weight of less than 400, polyethylene glycol having a molecular weight of 100 to 10,000, and the like. In particular, isoprene glycol (IOB = 2.0) and 1,3-butylene glycol (IOB = 2.5) are preferable.

The mass ratio of the components (D1) and (D2) is such that (D1) / (D2) is 9 or less, and the formation of precipitates and turbidity of the solution during storage at low temperatures are less likely to occur. The effect of reducing the liquid viscosity is sufficient. Further, (D1) / (D2) = 0.2 to 5 is preferable, and 0.4 to 1 is particularly preferable.
