Abstract
【解決手段】 この課題は、テスト中に、運動選手により実行される一連のN個の短い動作中の一連の加速度値を携帯用装置(1)を使用して測定する工程と、前記一連の加速度値に基いて、複数の筋肉パラメータを前記携帯用装置(1)を使用して計算する工程と、
前記筋肉パラメータに基いて、前記運動選手のために個人に合わせた一組の訓練運動を前記携帯用装置(1)を使用して決定する工程と、前記携帯用装置(1)を備えた前記運動選手に前記一組の訓練運動を提供する工程と、前記携帯用装置(1)を使用して、前記訓練運動の実行を確かめる工程とを備えていることにより解決される。

Description
−反動を付けた跳躍時の最大限のあるいは平均の垂直速度により直接決まる伸展位置
−リバウンドテスト時に測定された反応性および滞空時間と地面との接触時間の間の割合によって決まる反応性
−地面と接触した後の筋肉の衰弱のレベルで決まる筋硬度
−リバウンドテスト時の数回の跳躍の間の反応性のばらつきで決まる筋肉の協調性
全てが上記の装置1を使用して検索できかつ計算できるパラメータの特別な選択は、競走者のような持久系運動選手の筋肉の能力を測定するのに役立つ。
Claims (10)
- 運動選手の訓練を最適化するための方法であって、
この方法が以下の工程、すなわち
テスト中に、運動選手により実行される一連のN個の短い動作中の一連の加速度値を携帯用装置(1)を使用して測定する工程と、
前記一連の加速度値に基いて、複数の筋肉パラメータを前記携帯用装置(1)を使用して計算する工程と、
前記筋肉パラメータに基いて、前記運動選手のために個人に合わせた一組の訓練運動を前記携帯用装置(1)を使用して決定する工程と、
前記携帯用装置(1)を備えた前記運動選手に前記一組の訓練運動を提供する工程と、
前記携帯用装置(1)を使用して、前記訓練運動の実行を確かめる工程とを備えていることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記短い動作が跳躍を含んでおり、前記筋肉パラメータが脚筋肉組織のパラメータであり、前記訓練パラメータが走力パラメータを改善することを意図していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記筋肉パラメータが反応性と協調性を含んでおり、
この場合、反応性が跳躍時の跳躍滞空時間に伴って上昇し、かつ二つの跳躍間の地面との接触時間に伴い下降し、
協調性が一連の跳躍の中の全ての跳躍に関して測定された反応性の規則正しさに伴って上昇することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。 - 前記反応性が各跳躍に関して計算された地面との接触時間で割り算した跳躍滞空時間の二乗で決まることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記筋肉パラメータが筋硬度、筋力速度を備えた組から選択した少なくとも一つを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記複数のパラメータが少なくとも四つのパラメータを含んでおり、前記
一組の訓練運動が、運動選手のM個の最も弱い筋肉パラメータを改善するために自動で選択され、Mが1よりも大きい正の整数であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 - 訓練運動の間違った実施を見つけるために、加速度が前記訓練運動の実施時に測定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記テストが一連の反動を付けた跳躍と一連のリバウンドを含んでおり、
この場合、前記反動を付けた跳躍時に測定された加速度値に基いて力が計算され、
反応性と協調性が前記リバウンド時に測定された加速度値に基いて計算されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 - 運動選手の訓練を最適化するための携帯用装置(14)であって、
この携帯用装置が、一連の加速度値を測定するための加速度計と、ディスプレイと、プログラムを備えた計算手段を備えており、
前記計算手段が、前記一連の加速度値に基づいて複数の筋肉のパラメータを計算し、前記筋肉のパラメータに基いて一組の訓練運動を決定し、そして前記一組の前記筋肉のパラメータを表示するように前記プログラムが設計されていることを特徴とする携帯用装置。 - 運動選手の臀部で固定するためのベルトを備えていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の携帯用装置。
