Abstract
【解決手段】MCSは、20000RPMを超える回転速度の小型のジャイロスコープローターを備える。MCSは、単一のエンクロージャー内に堅く取り付けられた少なくとも3つのコントロールモーメントアセンブリ(CMA)115を備え、各CMAは、各CMAの長手方向軸が、他の全てのCMAに直交するように、または他のCMAに逆方向で平行になるように取り付けられる。MCSのサイズをさらに小さくするために、電子機器パッケージがMCSエンクロージャー内に含まれる。各CMAをエンクロージャーに固定するために複数の衝撃吸収装置60が用いられ、CMAに作用する発射の負荷を低減し、より小さなロータースピンベアリングを使用できるようにする。CMAおよび支持構造を取り囲むMCSエンクロージャーは、密封シールされる。

Claims (3)
- 宇宙船の姿勢を制御するための装置であって、前記装置は、
エンクロージャー(50)と、
前記エンクロージャー(50)内に取り付けられる、少なくとも3つのコントロールモーメントアセンブリ(115)(CMAs)とを有し、各CMA(115)は長手方向軸(C)を備え、各CMA(115)の長手方向軸(C)が、互いに対して直交または逆平行の一方になるように前記エンクロージャー(50)に配置され、
前記装置はさらに、各CMA(115)内に統合され、且つ第2軸(A)を中心に回転するように構成される運動量ローター(410)と、
モーターローター(411)および非鉄モーターステータ(413)を備えるスピンモーター(412)と、を有し、前記非鉄モーターステータ(413)は、前記モーターローター(411)の前記第2軸(A)を中心とする回転を誘導するように構成され、前記モーターローター(411)は第1端部および第2端部を有し、前記第1端部は前記運動量ローター(410)に同軸に固定され、
前記装置はさらに、前記第2軸(A)と同軸のベアリング(421)を備え、前記ベアリング内に前記第2端部が取り付けられる、装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、前記ベアリング(421)は、可撓性の金属環状ダイアフラム(420)を備える平面ベアリングである、装置。
- 宇宙船のための自己保持運動量コントロールシステムであって、
密封シールされるエンクロージャー(52)と、
前記密封エンクロージャー(52)に隣接する区画(54)と、
前記エンクロージャー(52)内に堅く取り付けられる少なくとも3つのコントロールモーメントアセンブリ(CMA)(115)と、を有し、各CMA(115)は、各CMA(115)の長手方向軸(C)が、互いに直交または逆平行の一方になるように配置され、
前記システムはさらに、前記密封エンクロージャー(54)に隣接する区画内に取り付けられる電子機器パッケージ(201)を有し、前記電子機器パッケージ(201)は、前記少なくとも3つのCMA(115)と命令および制御信号を相互伝達し、また、前記少なくとも3つのCMA(115)に電力を供給し、
前記システムはさらに、少なくとも3つのCMA(115)の各々を前記エンクロージャー(52)に連結する複数の衝撃分離装置(60)を有する、システム。
