前記耐熱性載置板を収納した前記トレイを前記回転手段で回転中に、水を噴霧して洗浄する水噴霧手段と、
該水噴霧手段で前記耐熱性載置板を収納した前記トレイに噴霧の後、該トレイに空気を吹き付ける送風手段と、
