Claims (6)
- 半透明の材料の試料の表面の外観を観察する装置であって、当該試料の当該表面にある少なくとも興味がある領域を、所定の方向から照明するための光源と、前記興味がある領域の、照明に対する反応を観察するための手段と、を有し、前記照明された領域は、前記興味がある領域と、当該興味がある領域を囲んでいる領域と、を含んでいる、装置。
- 前記試料の前記表面が変形可能であり、半透明のプレートが、前記興味がある領域と一致する開口部をもち、前記変形可能な表面に置かれる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記半透明のプレートが、発光標準、色標準、及び寸法目盛を有する、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記照明された領域のサイズは、前記試料内に透過する光の消滅長さの少なくとも2倍、前記興味がある領域のサイズよりも大きい、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記光源の場所が調節可能であり、結果として前記試料の前記表面が、異なる所定の方向から照明されることができることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記観察するための手段が、前記興味がある領域の前記表面の少なくとも一部に焦点があっているかどうかを決定するための合焦点装置を更に有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
