− 前記剛体管部に装着され、そこから前記剛体管部の望ましい遠位部を突き出す管状操縦ハンドピースと、
− 可撓管部の近位端部に設けられ、レーザーエネルギーを光ファイバーに分配する分配組立体と、

Claims (8)
- 侵襲的レーザー外科手術のための装置において、
相互に接続される剛体管(1)の遠位部及び可撓管(3)の近位部を有し、それらの中に光ファイバー(7)が収容され且つ固定され、前記ファイバーの遠位端部(7A)が前記剛体管部(1)の遠位端部から突き出し、操縦ハンドピース(9)が少なくとも部分的に前記剛体管部(1)に係合され、そのハンドピースから剛体管部の一部が突き出るように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - さらに、光ファイバーにレーザーエネルギーを分配する分配組立体(5)を有し、前記分配組立体が可撓管部(3)の近位端部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- ディスポーザルであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- ロック部材(11)を有し、該ロック部材(11)がハンドピース(9)の一方の端部に適合され得てまた剛体管部(1)の少なくとも一部分で所望の位置にハンドピース(9)をロックするのに適当であることを特徴とする請求項1または2または3に記載の装置。
- 前記ハンドピース(9)が管状であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記ハンドピース(9)が種々の外科手術用に人間工学的な形状を有することを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の装置。
- 前記剛体管部と前記可撓管部とが熱収縮管によって接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記光ファイバーの突出遠位端部の横表面が最適な剥離或いはその他の処置を保証してレーザーエネルギーを解放することを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の装置。
