Claims (26)
- 用具ハンドルと、

- スリーブはハンドルから直線的に突出し、光ファイバの遠端部は、スリーブから突出するにつれてスリーブに対して湾曲する、請求項1に記載の用具。
- 光ファイバの遠端部は、遠端部が剛体の管状スリーブに引き込まれると直線になり、遠端部が剛体の管状スリーブから突き出ると湾曲する、予め形成された湾曲部を有する、請求項1に記載の用具。
- ハンドルは、光ファイバに接続され、ハンドルに対して光ファイバの押出される前方位置と引戻される後方位置との間で、光ファイバを選択的に移動させる機構を有する、請求項1に記載の用具。
- スリーブはハンドルに対して静止して保持され、光ファイバの引戻される後方位置において、光ファイバの遠端部はスリーブに収納され、光ファイバの押出される前方位置において、光ファイバの遠端部はスリーブから突出する、請求項5に記載の用具。
- 光ファイバの遠端部は管状先端部に収納され、管状先端部は予め湾曲された部分を有し、形状記憶材料から形成される、請求項1に記載の用具。
- 管状先端部はプラスチックから形成され、光ファイバに静止固定される、請求項7に記載の用具。
- 光ファイバはハンドルとスリーブとを貫通する1本のみの光ファイバである、請求項1に記載の用具。
- 用具は照明プローブである、請求項1に記載の用具。
- 用具はレーザプローブである、請求項1に記載の用具。
- 管状スリーブは内側面を有し、スリーブ内側面とスリーブ中の光ファイバとの間に間隙が存在する、請求項1に記載の用具。
- 管状スリーブは内側面と、スリーブ内側面とスリーブ内の光ファイバとの間の滑動材料の層とを有する、請求項1に記載の用具。
- 滑動材料の層は、滑動材料の層が配置されていないスリーブ内側面と光ファイバとの間に間隙を生成する、スリーブの部分のみに配置される、請求項13に記載の用具。

- 光ファイバの遠端部は、内部に形成された湾曲部を有する、請求項16に記載の用具。
- 光ファイバの遠端部は、内部に形成された湾曲部を有し、形状記憶材料で形成された管状先端部に収納される、請求項17に記載の用具。
- 管状先端部はニチノールで形成され、光ファイバに対して静止固定される、請求項18に記載の用具。
- スリーブはハンドルから突出する剛体管であり、光ファイバの遠端部は、遠端部がスリーブの管に引き込まれると直線になり、遠端部がスリーブの管から突出すると湾曲する、予め形成された湾曲部を有する、請求項15に記載の用具。
