Abstract
Description
400から600℃:炭質材料が木炭および揮発性物質に分解される。
600から1000℃:炭素が酸素と反応して二酸化炭素および熱を発生させ、その後、これにより発生したCO2がC(木炭)と反応してCOが生成される。
1000℃:水蒸気により温度が制御されると共に、用いられた水蒸気が炭素と反応して一酸化炭素および水素が生成される。
(a)炭質材料を可溶性金属塩溶液中に液浸させるステップと、
(b)ステップ(a)の炭質材料を乾燥させるステップと、
(c)炭質材料の温度を、金属塩をその酸化物および/または炭酸塩に分解して、触媒化炭質材料を得るために十分な温度に昇温するステップと
を備え、
可溶塩は、炭質材料の分解温度未満の温度で酸化物および/または炭酸塩に分解されることができる。
種々の温度における原料バイオマスの熱分解性ガス化。
充填床が空である反応器を、反応温度より40から50℃高い温度で予熱した。一旦温度に達したら、反応器に10gの原料スイートソルガムバガスペレットを充填した。450、500、550、600および650℃(反応温度)の温度で反応させた。異なるガスの組み合わせの存在下で反応させた。二酸化炭素の流速は10L/hr、酸素の流速は二酸化炭素の流速の20%であり、水蒸気の流速は100ml/hr、窒素は10L/hrで維持した。蒸気状の分解液体生成物を、反応器からイソプロパノール媒質に回収し、タールおよび液体生成物の推定に用いた。反応が完了した後、反応器を冷却し、木炭を定量化した。結果は表1に記載されている。
タール除去における0.1%ニッケル触媒の効果
充填床が空である反応器を、反応温度より40から50℃高い温度で予熱した。一旦温度に達したら、反応器に10gの触媒化スイートソルガムバガスペレットを充填した。450、500、550、600および650℃(反応温度)の温度で反応させた。異なるガスの組み合わせの存在下で反応させた。二酸化炭素の流速は10L/hr、酸素の流速は二酸化炭素の流速の20%であり、水蒸気の流速は100ml/hr、窒素は10L/hrで維持した。蒸気状の分解液体生成物を、反応器からイソプロパノール媒質に回収し、以下の手法により、タールおよび液体生成物の推定に用いた。反応が完了した後、反応器を冷却し、木炭を定量化した。

Claims (7)
- (a)炭質材料を可溶性金属塩溶液中に液浸させるステップと、
(b)ステップ(a)の炭質材料を乾燥させるステップと、
(c)炭質材料の温度を、金属塩をその酸化物および/または炭酸塩に分解して、触媒化炭質材料を得るために十分な温度に昇温するステップと、
を備え、
可溶塩は、炭質材料の分解温度未満の温度で酸化物および/または炭酸塩に分解することができる、触媒化炭質材料調製プロセス。 - 炭質材料がリグノセルロースバイオマスである、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 金属塩が、ニッケル、コバルト、鉄および亜鉛を含む群から選択される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 可溶塩がニッケル炭酸アンモニウムである、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 金属塩の濃度が0.05%から2%の範囲内である、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 可溶塩の分解温度が150℃から300℃の範囲内である、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 請求項1に記載のプロセスにより得られる触媒化炭質材料の熱分解および/またはガス化ステップを備える、炭質材料の熱分解またはガス化中における分解揮発性生成物の重合防止プロセス。
