図1
本発明を以下の制限されることのない実施例を使用してさらに説明する。
表1に詳述されている成分は、次の方法で調製した。各々の場合において、Enviomet C320(エチレンジアミンジコハク酸(65%の活性))の100g[0.2モル]を1Lの脱イオン水でスラリーにし、Mg(OH)2及び/又はCa(OH)2及び/又はNaOHの記載された量を添加した。混合物を濾過する前に17時間攪拌した。かかる溶液を濃縮し、生成物を晶出した。白色の結晶性生成物を濾過して回収し、一晩40℃にて真空オーブンで乾燥した。EDDSの含有量をHPLCで、金属含有量をICPで測定した。
各試料の溶解度が以下のように測定された。固形物質の余剰分を5mlの水に添加し、室温にて一晩攪拌した。この溶液を濾過し、濾液のEDDS含有量をHPLCにて分析した。表4の溶解度の数値は、遊離のEDDS又は存在するコハク酸イオンの量を示しており、関連する対イオンの質量は含まない。
Claims (15)
- 水溶性、かつ、無吸湿性の固体であり、エチレンジアミンジコハク酸1モルあたり少なくとも0.7モル当量のマグネシウムを含む、エチレンジアミンジコハク酸の塩。
- エチレンジアミンジコハク酸1モルあたり少なくとも0.9モルのマグネシウムを含む、請求項1に記載の塩。
- エチレンジアミンジコハク酸1モルあたり少なくとも1.8モルのアルカリ土類金属を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の塩。
- 72時間標準大気条件に露出したときに吸収する水分がその重量の5%未満である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の塩。
- 少なくとも10g/KgのEDDS濃度を提供する溶解度を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の塩。
- 自由流動性の微粒子物質状である、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の塩。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の塩を含む組成物。
- 粒状の組成物である、請求項7に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の塩の調製方法であって、エチレンジアミンジコハク酸にアルカリ土類金属の塩基を添加することを含む方法。
- 過酸化水素、他の含過酸素化合物又はそれらの前駆体を含む組成物の安定性を向上させるための、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の塩の使用。
- キレート剤、抗スケール物質又はスケール除去剤としての請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の塩の使用。
- 洗剤組成物における請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の塩の使用。
