Description
・バッグ1を、空気チャンバーが胎児の肩に接触するまで、子宮に挿入する。
このとき、分娩中の女性は通常の分娩姿勢になければならない。
・非常に低い圧力の空気その他の流体を、空気ポンプ6によって空気チャンバー3内に送り込む。
このとき、補助している医療従事者は、弁を通して空気を吹送し、これは、必要であれば、超音波検査器を用いて、胎児の頭と母親の子宮との間のスペースと連結部(intertices)への空気チャンバーの配置が実現されるまで行う。圧力維持式測定計の読み取り値は、内圧の制御を確実にするものであり、この内圧は子宮壁内に生成される圧力を越えてはならない。
・分娩の息みに合わせて産科医が引出しを行う。
医者は、バッグの閉じた端を保持する取っ手の同期引っ張りにより、陣痛と息みに合わせて、分娩中の女性と協働しなければならない。胎児は、コンベヤーベルトによって運ばれるように、バッグ内を滑らされる。最初に吹送空気の導入のために使用された弁は、今度は圧力を調節するために作動する。空気の一部を排出し、必要な圧力を維持して、チャンバーまたはプローブにより、医療従事者が行う引き出しによってなされる“事実上の押出し”を助けることができる。

Claims (11)
- 一端が開放されていて、当該端から、引出される物体を引き込むことができるバッグを有する、空洞に収容されている物体を引出す装置。
- バッグの外表面上およびバッグの全周に沿って、少なくとも一つの空気チャンバーを有し、当該チャンバーを、これが内圧を受けるときに、引出される物体と接触させることができ、また当該チャンバーが圧力生成手段に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空洞に収容されている物体を引出す装置。
- 当該バッグに外向きの折り返し部が定められ、当該バッグが、引出される物体を収容している空洞と接触するときに、当該折り返し部が環状空洞を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空洞に収容されている物体を引出す装置。
- 当該折り返し部の内部によって形成される環状空洞が圧力生成手段に接続されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の空洞に収容されている物体を引出す装置。
- 当該バッグの閉鎖端に、手でつかむ取っ手が存在し、当該装置を引出すための運動を容易にすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空洞に収容されている物体を引出す装置。
- 当該取っ手が、ねじを切った軸を受けることのできるねじを切った穴を有する取っ手から成り、当該軸の端に、円筒体が存在し、当該軸上に、協働する円形突起が定められ、当該突起が、当該取っ手そのものとねじを切ったロッドの遠端円板との間に配置された実質的円錐体上に形成される円形溝を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空洞に収容されている物体を引出す装置。
- 当該チャンバーが当該バッグの周囲線を包囲するとき円形になることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の空洞に収容されている物体を引出す装置。
- 当該チャンバーが、当該バッグと引出し取っ手を通過して圧力生成手段に接続するカニューレに接続されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の空洞に収容されている物体を引出す装置。
- 当該空洞が、当該バッグと引出し取っ手を通過して圧力生成手段に接続するカニューレに接続されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の空洞に収容されている物体を引出す装置。
- 当該バッグが、引出される物体を収容する空洞の壁に接触する領域に、当該バッグが大きなしわを有し、当該空洞の内壁に対する固定を実現するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空洞に収容されている物体を引出す装置。
- 微細な潤滑ジェルが当該バッグの外表面に塗布されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空洞に収容されている物体を引出す装置。
