Claims (8)
- 粉砕されたニンニクと水の混合物から得られた抽出液をろ過及び濃縮させて製造されたニンニクを利用した天然接着剤。
- 上記ニンニクは、上記粉砕された後乾燥されたニンニクを利用する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の天然接着剤。 - 上記水は、上記ニンニク1g当たり2〜3mlの割合で混合され、上記抽出液は、上記水の混合後、80〜100℃の温度で5〜7時間経過した後抽出され、上記濃縮は、55〜65℃の温度で9〜10倍率で濃縮されるニンニクを利用する
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の天然接着剤。 - (a)ニンニクを準備して粉砕する段階と、
(b)上記粉砕されたニンニクに溶媒を添加する段階と、
(c)上記粉砕されたニンニクと溶媒の混合物から抽出液を抽出する段階と、
(d)上記抽出液をろ過する段階と、
(e)上記ろ過された抽出液を濃縮する段階とを含む
ニンニクを利用した天然接着剤の製造方法。 - 上記(a)段階と上記(b)段階との間に、上記ニンニクを80〜100℃で23〜25時間乾燥する段階を更に含む
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のニンニクを利用した天然接着剤の製造方法。 - 上記(b)段階の上記溶媒は、水であり、上記(b)段階において、上記水は、上記粉砕されたニンニク1g当たり2〜3ml割合で添加される
ことを特徴とする請求項4または請求項5に記載のニンニクを利用した天然接着剤の製造方法。 - 上記(b)段階と上記(c)段階との間に、上記粉砕されたニンニクと溶媒の混合液を、80〜100℃の温度で5〜7時間放置する段階を更に含み、上記(c)段階は、80〜100℃の温度で行われる
ことを特徴とする請求項4または請求項5に記載のニンニクを利用した天然接着剤の製造方法。 - 上記(e)段階は、55〜65℃の温度で、9〜10倍率で濃縮される
ことを特徴とする請求項4または請求項5に記載のニンニクを利用した天然接着剤の製造方法。
