Claims (20)
- 負荷モータと、
主遮断器微小電子機械システム(MEMS)スイッチと、
前記負荷モータ及び前記主遮断器MEMSスイッチ間に電気的に結合して設置された可変周波数駆動装置(VFD)とを含むHVACシステム。 - 前記負荷モータ及び前記VFD間に電気的に結合して設置された駆動MEMSスイッチを更に含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記VFDを駆動する閉状態、及び前記VFDをバイパスする開状態の少なくとも一方を含むスイッチ条件をトリガとして、前記駆動MEMSスイッチが動作するよう構成された、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記駆動MEMSスイッチ及び前記VFDが、電気的に直列である、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記VFD及び前記駆動MEMSスイッチに電気的に並列であるバイパスMEMSスイッチを更に含む、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記VFDをバイパスする閉状態、及びVFDを駆動する開状態の少なくとも一方を含むスイッチ条件をトリガとして、前記バイパスMEMSスイッチが動作するよう構成された、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記VFDが、前記駆動MEMSスイッチと電源遮断MEMSスイッチの間に設置された、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記駆動MEMSスイッチ及び前記電源遮断MEMSスイッチが開状態になるようにトリガし、前記VFDを電気的に遮断するように構成された、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記主遮断器MEMSスイッチにおけるスイッチ条件のトリガが円滑に行われるよう、前記主遮断器MEMSスイッチに電気的に結合された制御回路を更に含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記主遮断器MEMSスイッチと電気的に連通して設置され、前記主遮断器MEMSをトリガするスイッチ条件に応答して、前記主遮断器MEMSスイッチから電気エネルギの流れを受け取るハイブリッドアークレス制限技術(HALT)アーク抑制回路を更に含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記主遮断器MEMSスイッチに電気的に結合された電圧スナバ回路を更に含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記主遮断器MEMSスイッチの状態変化を同期させるソフトスイッチング回路を更に含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 負荷モータと、
主遮断器微小電子機械システム(MEMS)スイッチと、
前記負荷モータと前記主遮断器MEMSスイッチの間に結合された第1のMEMSスイッチ岐路と、
前記負荷モータと前記主遮断器MEMSスイッチの間に結合されて、前記第1のMEMSスイッチ岐路に電気的に並列に配置された第2のMEMSスイッチ岐路と、
前記第1のMEMSスイッチ岐路に設置された可変周波数駆動装置(VFD)と、
前記第1のMEMSスイッチ岐路に、前記VFDと電気的に直列に設置された駆動MEMSスイッチと、
前記第2のMEMSスイッチ岐路に設置されたバイパスMEMSスイッチとを含むHVACシステム。 - 前記MEMSスイッチにおけるスイッチ条件のトリガが円滑に行われるよう、前記MEMSスイッチのそれぞれに更に結合された制御回路を更に含む、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記スイッチ条件には、短絡及びVFD制御の少なくとも一方が含まれる、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記主遮断器MEMSスイッチに電気的に連通して設置され、前記主遮断器MEMSをトリガするスイッチ条件に応答して、前記主遮断器MEMSスイッチから電気エネルギの流れを受け取るハイブリッドアークレス制限技術(HALT)アーク抑制回路を更に含む、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 負荷モータと、
主遮断器微小電子機械システム(MEMS)スイッチと、
前記負荷モータと前記主遮断器MEMSスイッチの間に結合された第1のMEMSスイッチ岐路と、
前記第1のMEMSスイッチ岐路に設置された駆動MEMSスイッチと、
前記第1のMEMSスイッチ岐路に設置された電源遮断MEMSスイッチと、
前記第1のMEMSスイッチ岐路において、前記駆動MEMSスイッチ及び前記電源遮断MEMSスイッチ間に電気的に直列に設置された可変周波数駆動装置(VFD)と、
前記負荷モータと前記駆動MEMSスイッチの間に設置されて、前記第1のMEMSスイッチ岐路に電気的に並列に配置された第2のMEMSスイッチ岐路と、
前記第2のMEMSスイッチ岐路に設置されたバイパスMEMSスイッチとを含むHVACシステム。 - 前記MEMSスイッチにおけるスイッチ条件のトリガが円滑に行われるよう、前記MEMSスイッチのそれぞれに更に結合された制御回路を更に含む、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 前記スイッチ条件には、短絡及びVFD制御の少なくとも一方が含まれる、請求項18に記載のシステム。
- 前記主遮断器MEMSスイッチに電気的に連通して設置され、前記主遮断器MEMSをトリガするスイッチ条件に応答して、前記主遮断器MEMSスイッチから電気エネルギの流れを受け取るハイブリッドアークレス制限技術(HALT)アーク抑制回路を更に含む、請求項18に記載のシステム。
