Abstract
【解決手段】電位差を付与して電気泳動させる流路を切り換え可能なマイクロ流路110中の試料流体Hを温調する際に、電気泳動させる流路の切換え前後の上記流路中の試料流体Hの発熱の違いによって生じる試料流体Hの温度変動を予め予測し、この予測した温度変動を相殺するように、上記流路切換え時に上記温調における制御特性の変更を行う。

Claims (6)
- 電位差を付与して電気泳動させる流路を切り換え可能なマイクロ流路が形成された電気泳動チップ中の前記流路内の試料流体を温調する温調方法であって、
前記流路の切換え前後の流路中の試料流体の発熱の違いによって生じる前記流路中の試料流体の温度変動を予め予測し、該予測した温度変動を相殺するように、前記温調における制御特性の変更を前記流路切換え時に行うことを特徴とする温調方法。 - 前記試料流体の温調をペルチェ素子を用いて行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の温調方法。
- 前記電気泳動させる流路に付与する電位差が、前記流路の切換え前後において異なることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の温調方法。
- 前記電気泳動させる流路の電気抵抗が、前記流路の切換え前後において異なることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の温調方法。
温調方法。 - 前記電気泳動させる流路の長さが、前記流路の切換え前後において異なることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の温調方法。
- 前記温調における制御特性の変更が、前記流路を切り換える前、または後であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載の温調方法。
