Claims (7)
- 二軸押出機内で少なくとも二種類の試薬の化学反応を液体状態で行う方法であって、該二軸押出機が内部にキャビティ(12)を画定する円筒状ハウジング(10)を備え、該キャビティ(12)の内側で前記化学反応が行われ、かつ、長手軸(16)の周りを回転する二つの相互貫入スクリュー(14)が該キャビティ(12)の内側に載置されており、前記試薬が混合手段の作用を受けることを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記少なくとも二種類の試薬の質量比が50:1よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記混合手段がスタティックミキサー(18)を備え、該スタティックミキサー(18)が該押出機の外側に載置されており、かつ、押出機の内部キャビティ(12)の内側に出る吐出オリフィス(22)を有することを特徴とする、従前請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記混合手段が相互作用混合メンバー(28)対を備え、該混合メンバー(28)がそれぞれ前記スクリュー(14)のシャフト(26)の対向部(24)にキー締めされており、各対の少なくとも一つの混合メンバー(28)がスリーブ状に形成されており、該スリーブがキー締めさせる中央軸ホール(30)および側面に実質的に螺旋状に延在するレリーフ(32)を有し、前記レリーフ(32)の頂部(34)がその長さに沿って少なくとも一つのノッチ(36)を有することを特徴とする、従前請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 各対の両方の相互作用混合メンバー(28)がスリーブ状に形成されており、該スリーブがキー締めさせる中央軸ホール(30)および側面に実質的に螺旋状に延在するレリーフ(32)を有し、前記レリーフ(32)の頂部(34)がその長さに沿って少なくとも一つのノッチ(36)を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記レリーフ(32)の頂部(34)がその長さに沿って連続して配置される複数のノッチ(36)を有することを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の方法。
- 前記混合手段が、該押出機の外側、該押出機の内側、または該押出機の外側と内側の両方に載置されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
