Claims (15)
- 中型又は大型のバッテリーパックケースであって、
充電及び放電可能とされ、複数の積み重ねたバッテリーセルを有してなるバッテリーモジュールが取り付けられてなり、
前記バッテリーパックケースが、冷却剤入口及び冷却剤出口を備えてなり、
前記冷却剤入口及び前記冷却剤出口が配置され、前記バッテリーモジュールの一の側から反対側に、前記バッテリーセルの積重方向に対して直角の方向に、前記バッテリーセルを冷却するための冷却剤が流動できるようされてなり、
前記バッテリーパックケースが、凹凸形状に形成されたビーズをさらに備えてなり、外部の力に対して、前記バッテリーパックケースの構造的安定性を改良するものであり、
前記ビーズが、外側に向けて突き出た構造に構築され、前記冷却剤入口と前記バッテリーモジュールとの間で画定される流動空間(「入口ダクト」)における流体の進行方向で、前記冷却剤入口から、前記バッテリーモジュール中に一様に前記冷却剤を導入しうるものである、中型又は大型のバッテリーパックケース。 - 前記ビーズが、長さと幅の比が大きい凹凸構造に構築され、前記ビーズが互いに平行に配置されてなる、請求項1に記載の中型又は大型のバッテリーパックケース。
- 前記ビーズの外側高さが2〜5 mmであるか、または前記冷却剤入口の垂直断面高さの10〜30%に等しいものである、請求項1に記載の中型又は大型のバッテリーパックケース。
- 前記ビーズの外側高さが3〜4 mmであるか、または前記冷却剤入口の垂直断面高さの15〜25%に等しいものである、請求項1に記載の中型又は大型のバッテリーパックケース。
- 前記入口ダクトの垂直高さが、前記出口ダクトの垂直高さの55〜80%である、請求項1に記載の中型又は大型のバッテリーパックケース。
- 前記バッテリーパックケースが、前記バッテリーセルの積重方向における前記バッテリーパックケースの長さが、前記バッテリーセルの横方向における前記バッテリーパックケースの長さより大きいものであり、
前記ビーズが、前記バッテリーセルの横方向に対して平行に配置され、前記ビーズが、前記冷却剤入口に隣接する予め決められた前記入口ダクトの区域には形成されていない、構造に構築されてなる、請求項1に記載の中型又は大型のバッテリーパックケース。 - 前記ビーズが形成されていない前記区域が、前記入口ダクトの長さの10〜30%に等しい長さを有する、請求項6に記載の中型又は大型のバッテリーパックケース。
- 前記バッテリーパックケースが、前記バッテリーセルの積重方向における前記バッテリーパックケースの長さが、前記バッテリーセルの横方向における前記バッテリーパックケースの長さよりも大きいものであり、
前記ビーズが前記バッテリーセルの横方向に対して平行に配置されるように、前記ビーズが前記バッテリーパックケースに形成され、前記冷却剤入口に隣接する予め決められた前記入口ダクトの区域における前記ビーズの外側高さが、前記冷却剤入口に向かって次第に減少する、構造に構築されてなる、請求項1に記載の中型又は大型のバッテリーパックケース。 - 前記ビーズの外側高さが次第に低下する前記区域が、前記入口ダクトの長さの15〜50%に等しい長さを有する、請求項8に記載の中型又は大型のバッテリーパックケース。
- 前記バッテリーパックケースが、前記冷却剤入口を通して導入された前記冷却剤を、前記冷却剤が前記バッテリーモジュールを通って流れた後に、前記冷却剤出口に強制的に移動させるために、吸引ファンが前記冷却剤出口に取り付けられる構造に構築される、請求項1に記載の中型又は大型のバッテリーパックケース。
- 中型又は大型のバッテリーパックケースであって、
充電及び放電可能であり、複数の積み重ねたバッテリーセルを有するバッテリーモジュールが取り付けられてなり、
前記バッテリーパックケースが、冷却剤入口及び冷却剤出口を備えてなり、
前記冷却剤入口及び前記冷却剤出口が配置され、前記バッテリーモジュールの一の側から反対側に、前記バッテリーセルの積重方向に対して直角の方向に、バッテリーセルを冷却するための冷却剤が流動できるようにされてなり、
前記バッテリーパックケースが、凹凸形状に形成されたビーズをさらに備えてなり、外部の力に対して、前記バッテリーパックケースの構造的安定性を改良するものであり、
前記ビーズの内部が充填部材で満たされているか、または板形状の部材が前記ビーズの下側末端に取り付けられ、前記冷却剤の流れが前記入口ダクト中の前記ビーズにより攪乱されないようされてなる、中型又は大型のバッテリーパックケース。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の中型又は大型のバッテリーパックケース中にバッテリーモジュールが取り付けられてなる、構造に構築されてなる、中型又は大型のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールが、充電及び放電可能であり、複数の板形状バッテリーセルを包含してなる、請求項12に記載の中型又は大型のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーセルがリチウム二次バッテリーである、請求項13に記載の中型又は大型のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーパックが、電気自動車またはハイブリッド電気自動車用の電源として使用される、請求項13に記載の中型又は大型のバッテリーパック。
