Abstract
Description
・ 梁への圧力の印加は直接ではなく剛性金属部を介しており、その結果、完全に接合されていなかったり幾何学的形状が生産する梁に完全に対応していない場合、大きな圧力が梁の特定区域に印加され、他の区域には殆ど圧力が印加されなくなる。これが意味するのは、高圧区域では樹脂が乏しくなって梁の厚さが局部的に減少し、低圧区域では圧縮が不十分であって梁が多孔性となる可能性が存在することである。この問題は、重量軽減のために厚さが可変である梁の場合、特に重要である。
・ 硬化すべき梁の端部と装置の端部との接合が不完全であると、圧力によって樹脂が流れ込む空間が生じ、梁を痩せさせ、厚さを減少させる。
・ 装置が相当な重量を有し、そのため適当な取り扱い手段が必要である。
・ 多数の部品から成る装置は、清掃費及び維持費が高い。
Claims (15)
- J形状断面を持つ複合材料の梁を製造する方法であって、
a1)少なくとも2つの第1の剛性支持具(30)によりテーブル(50)に平行に支持される棒(20)を含む硬化器具を準備すること、
a2)未硬化複合材料から成るJ形状断面の梁(A)を準備すること、
b) 装置(10)上に未硬化梁(A)を配置し、梁の底部フランジ(D)を位置づけしてテーブル(50)に面するようにし、ウェブ(C)と上部フランジ(B)を棒(20)の2つの側部(22、21)のそれぞれに対して置くこと、
c) 重合する梁(A)を少なくとも1つの真空バッグ(V)で覆うこと、
d) バッグ(V)を真空にすること、
e) 梁(A)の樹脂を硬化するために加圧器中で圧力と熱を加えること
の段階を含む方法。 - 第1の支持具(30)間の少なくとも1つの中間位置にある他の少なくとも1つの剛性支持具(40)で棒(20)をテーブル(50)に結合する段階を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 上記他の中間支持具(40)を結合する段階が真空バッグで覆うことを含む段階c)の後で行われる、請求項2記載の方法。
- 段階c)が、棒(20)をも真空バッグで覆い、棒(20)が各中間支持具(40)に結合される1つ又は複数の区域で真空バッグ(V)に少なくも1つの開口を形成し、その後1つ又は複数の開口の端部を封止する(N)段階を含む、請求項2記載の方法。
- 段階b)における梁の底部フランジ(D)がテーブル(50)に面し、その上方に間隔をおいている、請求項1記載の方法。
- 段階b)における梁の底部フランジ(D)がテーブル(50)の上方に約0.1−0.2mmの距離をおいて位置している、請求項5記載の方法。
- J形状断面を持つ複合材料の梁を製造するための硬化装置であって、
少なくとも2つの第1の支持具(30)によりテーブル(50)に平行に支持される棒(20)を含むことを特徴とする、装置。 - 2つの第1の支持具(30)が棒(20)の両端を支持するようにテーブル(50)に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の装置。
- 第1の支持具(30)間の少なくとも1つの中間位置にある他の少なくとも1つの剛性支持具(40)をも含むことを特徴とする、請求項7記載の装置。
- 中間支持具(40)が棒(20)に取り外し可能に結合されることを特徴とする、請求項9記載の装置。
- 中間支持具(40)が中心手段(23、42、41)により棒(20)に結合されることを特徴とする、請求項9記載の装置。
- 中間支持具(40)がテーブル(50)上にあることを特徴とする、請求項9記載の装置。
- 棒(20)が真っ直ぐであることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の装置。
- 棒(20)が水平であることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の装置。
- 棒(20)がテーブル(50)の上方で支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の装置。
