Description
− 冷却すべき部位と接触させることを目的としたメタルチップ(metal tip)およびガス放出室を含む終端部品(end piece)と、
− ガス放出室に極低温ガスを供給するための導管と、
− ガス放出室から極低温ガスを放出するための導管と、
を備えていて、供給導管と放出導管は、その一方の端が終端部品に挿入されている共通フレキシブル抽出チューブに形成されている。
Claims (13)
- 身体のある部位の冷却を可能にする外科手術用の極冷温デバイス(1)であって、
冷却する部位と接触させることを目的とするメタルチップ(8)およびガス放出室(7)を含む終端部品(5)と、
極低温ガス室に供給するための導管と、
前記室から極低温ガスを放出するための導管と、
を備えたものにおいて、前記極低温デバイス(1)は、供給導管と放出導管が共通フレキシブル抽出チューブ(4)に形成され、その一端は終端部品(5)に挿入され、供給導管(11)はその断面が放出導管(12)の断面よりも小であることを特徴とする極低温デバイス(1)。 - 終端部品(5)は、膠接着手段を通してチューブ(4)の一端と一体になっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の極低温デバイス(1)。
- 終端部品(5)に挿入されたフレキシブルチューブ(4)の端部は終端部品(5)とチューブ(4)の間の膠接着界面に粗面を形成するようにネジ切りされていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の極低温デバイス(1)。
- 放出導管(12)はほぼ三日月の形状をしていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のひとつに記載の極低温デバイス。
- 放出導管(12)の端部は斜切されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のひとつに記載の極低温デバイス(1)。
- 一方では供給導管に接続され、他方ではメタルチップ(8)の方向に前記室(7)内に入り込んだガス注入ノズル(6)をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の1つに記載の極低温デバイス(1)。
- 注入ノズル(6)は供給導管(11)内に挿入されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の極低温デバイス(1)。
- 注入ノズル(6)は円錐形注入チップ(21)を有していることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の極低温デバイス(1)。
- 内側ネジ溝(18)および外側ネジ溝(19)を備えたナット(17)と、ナット(17)の外側ネジ溝(19)と協働するネジ溝(16)を備えたハンドル(15)とを含み、チューブ(4)の先端はナット(17)の内側ネジ溝(18)と協働するネジ溝を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のひとつに記載の極低温デバイス(1)。
- チップ(5)の一部をカバーする絶縁スリーブ(21)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のひとつに記載の極低温デバイス(1)。
- チューブ(4)はその長さが1.5メートルと2.5メートルの間、好ましくは2メートルのオーダであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のひとつに記載の極低温デバイス(1)。
- 供給導管は加圧極低温ガスの供給源に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のひとつに記載の極低温デバイス(1)。
- 放出導管は外側に向かってサイレンサ放出ガスに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のひとつに記載の極低温デバイス(1)。
