Description
− 冷却すべき部位と接触させることを目的としたメタルチップ(metal tip)およびガス放出室を含む終端部品(end piece)と、
− ガス放出室に極低温ガスを供給するための導管と、
− ガス放出室から極低温ガスを放出するための導管と、
を備えていて、供給導管と放出導管は、その一方の端が終端部品に挿入されている共通フレキシブル抽出チューブに形成されている。
Claims (11)
- 身体のある部位を−50℃以下の温度に冷却することを可能にする外科手術用の極低温デバイス(1)であって、
冷却する部位と接触させることを目的とするメタルチップ(8)であって前記身体のある部位を−50℃以下の温度に冷却するメタルチップ(8)と、ガス放出室(7)を含む終端部品(5)と、
一端が前記終端部品(5)内に入り込んでいるフレキシブルチューブ(4)と、
前記ガス放出室(7)から極低温ガスを放出するための放出導管(12)と、
前記ガス放出室(7)に極低温ガスを供給する供給導管(11)であって、断面が前記放出導管(12)の断面より小さくなっていることにより、前記極低温ガスが供給された前記ガス放出室(7)内における圧力が前記供給導管(11)内における圧力より低くなるように保つ供給導管(11)と、
前記フレキシブルチューブ(4)の他端側において、前記供給導管(11)に接続されていて前記終端部品(5)に対して前記極低温ガスを供給する加圧極低温ガスの供給源と、
を備えていて、
前記フレキシブルチューブ(4)がその内側に前記供給導管(11)と前記放出導管(12)とを備えていて、前記フレキシブルチューブ(4)と、前記供給導管(11)と、前記放出導管(12)とが単一に一体化されていて、
一方では前記供給導管(11)に接続され、他方では前記メタルチップ(8)の方向に向いて前記ガス放出室(7)内に入り込んだガス注入ノズル(6)を更に含む
ことを特徴とする極低温デバイス(1)。 - 前記フレキシブルチューブ(4)は前記一端側において前記終端部品(5)と一体になっており、前記極低温デバイス(1)は、更に、絶縁材料からなるハンドル(15)を備えていて、当該ハンドル(15)は前記終端部品(5)側の末端にネジ溝(16)を備えており、当該ネジ溝(16)は、前記終端部品(5)の前記フレキシブルチューブ(4)側の端に装着されているナット(17)と協働して、前記ハンドル(15)と前記ナット(17)とを一体化していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の極低温デバイス(1)。
- 前記フレキシブルチューブ(4)の前記一端側における前記終端部品(5)との一体化は、膠接着手段を通して行われていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の極低温デバイス(1)。
- 前記膠接着手段を通して、前記フレキシブルチューブ(4)の前記一端側における前記終端部品(5)との一体化が行われている箇所における前記フレキシブルチューブ(4)は、前記終端部品(5)と前記フレキシブルチューブ(4)の間の膠接着界面に粗面を形成するようにネジ切りされていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の極低温デバイス(1)。
- 前記放出導管(12)の断面形状は三日月形の形状であって、当該三日月形のくぼみが前記供給導管(11)方向に向いていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の極低温デバイス(1)。
- 前記放出導管(12)の前記ガス放出室(7)側の端部は斜切されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の極低温デバイス(1)。
- 前記ガス注入ノズル(6)は、前記供給導管(11)内に挿入されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の極低温デバイス(1)。
- 前記ガス注入ノズル(6)はその自由端が注入円錐形になっていることを特徴とする請求項7記載の極低温デバイス(1)。
- 前記終端部品(5)の一部をカバーする絶縁スリーブ(21)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の極低温デバイス(1)。
- 前記フレキシブルチューブ(4)はその長さが1.5メートルと2.5メートルの間であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の極低温デバイス(1)。
- 前記放出導管(12)は外側に向かって前記極低温ガスを大気中に開放するのを可能になっていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の極低温デバイス(1)。
