Description
a)1つの単一のモータによって駆動されるか、或いは
b)同一又は異なった標準時の回転速度及び同一又は異なった減速時の回転速度を有する幾つかのモーターによって駆動される。
Claims (12)
- 逆止め弁(6)を備えた圧縮空気管路(5)が接続されたターボ圧縮機の制御方法において、1つ又は幾つかのプロセスパラメーターが予め定めた限度又は限度外の値になったときに、ターボ圧縮機(1)の回転速度を予め定めた最小回転速度にまで非常に急激に減少させ、前記逆止め弁(6)を閉じること、及び、該回転速度の減少の後1つ又は幾つかの切換条件を満たすときに、圧縮機(1)の回転速度を再び増加させ、逆止め弁(6)を開くことを特徴とするターボ圧縮機の制御方法。
- 安定した作動状態で回転速度を調節することによってターボ圧縮機(1)を駆動させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 安定した作動状態で次の制御技術のうち1つ又は幾つかを適用することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
−圧縮機(1)に設けた調節可能な吸込ベーンを制御すること
−圧縮機(1)に設けた調節可能な拡散ベーンを制御すること
−圧縮機(1)の吸引管路(3)を絞ること - いかなる逆流をも防止するため、回転速度の急激な減少と共に、一定量の圧縮ガスの行き場を変えるか、若しくは大気中に噴出させるか、又はそれらの両方がなされることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載の方法。
- 前記の切換条件が、圧縮機(1)の出口で予め定めた最小圧力値に達することにあることを特徴とする先行する請求項のうちいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 圧縮機(1)によって供給される流量が予め定めた最小流量値よりも減少したとき、最初に可変排気弁(8)をモジュール制御によって制御されるやり方で或る一定の停止条件に達するまで開き、その次に圧縮機の回転速度を急激に減少させることを特徴とする先行する請求項のうちいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 上記の停止条件が、前記排気弁(8)が予め定めた分量だけ開いた状態に達することにあることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 圧縮機(1)が、単一のモーターで駆動する幾つかの圧縮段階を含むことを特徴とする先行する請求項のうちいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 圧縮機(1)が、同一又は異なった標準時の回転速度及び同一又は異なった減速時の回転速度を有する幾つかのモーターによって駆動される幾つかの圧縮段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 上記の幾つかのモーターの回転速度の減少が同時に起こることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 上記の幾つかのモーターの回転速度の減少が同時に起こらないことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 1つ又は幾つかの排気弁が異なる圧縮段階の間若しくは最終圧縮段階の後又はそれらの両方に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項8乃至11のうちいずれか1つに記載の方法。
