Claims (14)
- 調整装置(10)の作動要素(11)のための受け部(20)と、円弧の一部分に沿って延在する保持面(19,19’,19”)とを有する、液圧ピストンマシン(1)の反動板(7)を保持するための保持弓状部材であって、前記保持弓状部材(17,38)上に少なくとも1つの止め面(26,40)が形成されたことを特徴とする保持弓状部材。
- 作動要素(11)のための前記止め面(26,40)と前記受け部(20)は、前記保持弓状部材(17,38)の反対側の端(45,46)に形成され、取り付け面(49)から遠い側に向けられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保持弓状部材。
- 前記止め面(26,40)は、冠形状に形成され、冠部分の中心点は、前記止め面(26,40)の前記取り付け面(49)に面した側にあることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の保持弓状部材。
- 別の止め面(30,41)が、前記保持弓状部材(17,38)上に形成され、前記作動装置(11)の前記受け部(20)と同じ端(45)に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の保持弓状部材。
- 前記受け部(20)と前記別の止め面(30)は、前記保持弓状部材(17,38)上で反対方向に向けられたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の保持弓状部材。
- 前記円弧の前記一部分は、約90°の開き角度を有する扇形に対応することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の保持弓状部材。
- 前記保持面(19)の少なくとも一方の端(57’,58’)に、前記取り付け面(49)と前記保持面(19)の間の距離が前記保持面(19)の前記端(57’,58’)に近づくほど大きくなる斜面部分(57,58)が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の保持弓状部材。
- 少なくとも1つの圧力媒体チャネル(53,54)が、前記保持弓状部材(17,38)内に形成され、前記作動装置(11)のための前記受け部(20)を前記取り付け面(49)に接続することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の保持弓状部材。
- 前記保持弓状部材(17,38)は、軟窒化鋼から成り且つ酸化されたことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の保持弓状部材。
- 前記保持弓状部材(17,38)は、黄銅又は青銅材料から形成された保持面(19)を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の保持弓状部材。
- 前記保持弓状部材(17,38)は、合成材料から形成された保持面(19,19’,19”)を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の保持弓状部材。
- 前記保持弓状部材(17,38)は、黄銅、青銅又は合成材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の保持弓状部材。
- 前記保持弓状部材(17,38)には、前記旋回クレードルの前記旋回角度を検出する働きをする磁石(M)が取り付けられたことを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の保持弓状部材。
- 磁石(M)が、前記保持弓状部材(17,38)に接続され、前記旋回軸(S)内又は前記旋回軸(S)の近くに配置されたことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の保持弓状部材。
