Claims (14)
- セラミック材料において、A12O3を72〜82質量%、ZrO2を18〜28質量%、Cr2O3を0〜1質量%、Y2O3を0〜6質量%、SrOを0〜2質量%、TiO2を0〜0.5質量%およびMgOを0〜0.5質量%含有していることを特徴とするセラミック材料。
- ZrO2を24.0〜25.5質量%、Cr2O3を0.26〜0.35質量%、Y2O3を0.50〜0.6質量%、SrOを0.70〜0.85質量%ならびに合計して100質量%までのA12O3を含有していることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のセラミック材料。
- 4点曲げ強度が1000MPa以上であることを特徴とする、請求項2記載のセラミック材料。
- 破壊靱性KICが、5.5MPam0.5以上であることを特徴とする、請求項2または3記載のセラミック材料。
- ワイブル係数が7以上であることを特徴とする、請求項2から4までのいずれか1項記載のセラミック材料。
- 硬度HV10が、1740以上であることを特徴とする、請求項2から5までのいずれか1項記載のセラミック材料。
- 密度ED2000が、4.360g/cm3以上であることを特徴とする、請求項2から6までのいずれか1項記載のセラミック材料。
- さらに適切な材料からなるウィスカおよび/または繊維または網状の構造体またはメッシュが添加されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のセラミック材料。
- 酸化ジルコニウムおよびアルミン酸ストロンチウムの成分が、酸化アルミニウムマトリクス中に混合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のセラミック材料。
- アルミン酸ストロンチウムがフレーク状の微結晶、プレートレットの形で存在していることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のセラミック材料。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のセラミック材料から得られる焼結成形体。
- 焼結成形体を製造するための請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のセラミック材料の使用。
- 動荷重の際にエネルギーを吸収することができる部材を製造するための請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のセラミック材料の使用。
- 装甲板、特に対砲弾用板を製造するための請求項13記載のセラミック材料の使用。
