Abstract
Description
本発明によれば、流体の運動を緩衝するための液跳ね抑制ポットを、特に還元剤を収容するタンクにおいてタンク底の凹所に半径方向および/または軸方向にガイド区分に沿ってガイドすることが提案される。このために、有利にはブロー成形法で製造されたタンクは、たとえばリブ状に形成することのできる幾つかの隆起部を備えている。ブロー成形法で製造されたタンクの特にタンク底に設けられた、リブ状に形成された隆起部は、タンク底の凹みにガイドされた液跳ね抑制ポットに向いたコンタクト面を有しており、特にタンク底における凹みの周に沿って配置された隆起部と、液跳ね抑制ポットの外側面における、隆起部に対応する凹所との間に、円錐角が形成されている。
図1には、特に還元剤を収容するのに用いられるタンクを示しており、タンクのタンク底には、ばねによって予荷重の掛けられた液跳ね抑制ポット(Schwapptopf)をガイドするためのガイド領域が形成されている。
Claims (10)
- 特に内燃機関の排気に調量して加えるための還元剤を収容するためのタンク(10)であって、
当該タンク(10)は、タンク壁(12)とタンク底(14)とタンク蓋(38)とによって画成されており、当該タンク(10)の中空室(44)に液跳ね抑制ポット(20)が収容されている、タンクにおいて、
液跳ね抑制ポット(20)が、ガイド領域(28)で、タンク底(14)の凹み(16)に軸方向および半径方向にガイドされていることを特徴とする、タンク。 - 液跳ね抑制ポット(20)の上面(24)が、弾性エレメント(42)によって、軸方向の予荷重で荷重を掛けられている、請求項1記載のタンク。
- 当該タンク(10)のタンク底(14)に、液溜(18)を形成する凹み(16)が形成されている、請求項1記載のタンク。
- タンク底(14)に、有利にはリブ状に形成された幾つかの隆起部(30)が形成されており、これらの隆起部(30)は、タンク底(14)の凹所(16)の周りに円状に配置されている、請求項1記載のタンク。
- 有利にはリブ状に形成された隆起部(30)は、タンク底(14)に、円錐状に延びるコンタクト面(32)を備えている、請求項4記載のタンク。
- タンク底(14)に設けられた、有利にはリブ状に形成された隆起部(30)のコンタクト面(32)の円錐区分(34)が、液跳ね抑制ポット(20)の外側面(22)に設けられた凹所(48)の円錐区分(48)に対応している、請求項4記載のタンク。
- 液跳ね抑制ポット(20)の上面(24)が、タンク蓋(38)に支持された弾性エレメント(42)によって荷重を掛けられている、請求項1記載のタンク。
- 液跳ね抑制ポット(20)の外周面(22)に設けられたガイド領域(28)に沿って、有利にはリブ状に形成された隆起部(30)の数に相当する数の凹所(48)が形成されている、請求項1記載のタンク。
- 底(26)の周(56)およびガイド領域(28)における外周面(22)に形成された凹所(48)が、丸み部(50)を有している、請求項8記載のタンク。
- タンク底(14)に設けられた、有利にはリブ状に形成された隆起部(30)の曲率半径が、ガイド領域(28)における液跳ね抑制ポット(20)の底(26)の周(56)および外周面(22)に設けられた凹所(48)の曲率半径よりも小さくなっている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のタンク。
