容易に測定可能な、人体における酸化性ストレスに対する指標として、血漿中のシステイン対シスチンの比が用いられる(Hack et al.:BLOOD 92(1998)59〜67)。この際、これらの成分の比は、酸化還元状態を直接反映しており、この際酸化性のストレスはシスチン値の上昇により明らかになる。人体において酸化性のストレスを、クレアチンの補給により避けることができることは公知である。シスチン値はまた、比較的高齢の被験者において一日に僅かなグラム量のクレアチン補給によって明らかに低下させることができ、健康な若者に見られるような値になった(US6,927,231)。クレアチンは酸化性ストレスの明らかな減少につながり、ひいては変性老化プロセスに対して予防的に作用する。従ってクレアチンとクレアチン誘導体は将来、老化防止の分野において重要な意味を得るだろう。
実施例1
栄養補完剤、および医療用調製物

グアニジノ酢酸リポ酸塩7,000mg、塩化コリン5,000mg、カルチニン酒石酸塩750mg、ステアリン酸スクロース100mg、タルク160mg、およびフラクトース1,090mgを犬用ビスケットのための基本材料に入れた。
マスターバッチとして、市販の猫用缶詰飼料混合物に均質に以下の調製物を入れた:グアニジノ酢酸ピルビン酸塩3,000mg、塩化コリン4,000mg、クレアチン3,000mg、ステアリン酸マグネシウム40mg、カルボキシメチルセルロース25mg、およびラクトース135mg。
機能性栄養食品

グアニジノ酢酸5kg、および塩化コリン8kgから成る混合物を、パンミックス900kgに均質に加える。
ベタイン5kg、およびグアニジノ酢酸リポ酸塩7kgから成る混合物を、均質にスプレッドチーズ調製物に加える。
ヨーグルト用の果物調製物に、ベタイン20kg、葉酸10g、およびグアニジノ酢酸14kgを、滅菌前に均質に加える。
ミューズリースティックにグアニジノ酢酸3g、およびベタイン3gを均質に加える。
トウモロコシ、ムギ抽出物、塩、グアニジノ酢酸30kg、およびコリン二酒石酸塩40kgからコーンフレークを製造する。
生体への適合性と作用
4.1
それぞれ20人の被験者群を4グループ編成し、すべてのグループにおいて、筋肉乾燥質量でクレアチンの平均初期値はほぼ同じであった。
(1)BDS(Backward Digit Span):被験者に対して数字の列を読み上げ、被験者にこの数列を逆向きに繰り返させた。栄養補強前に正しく繰り返せた数字の数は、補給後に正しく繰り返せた数字の数よりも少なかった。
(2)RAPM(Raven’s Advanced Progressive Matrices):被験者に、標準化された知能テストを実施した。補給前に獲得した点数は、補給後の点数よりも少なかった。
それぞれF344ラット(Sulzfeld在、Charles River Wiga GmbH社製)25匹から成る3つのグループを6週間にわたって
(1グループ)グアニジノ酢酸(0.5%)と、塩化コリン(0.5%)、
(2グループ)クレアチン一水和物(0.63%)と、塩化コリン(0.5%)、そして
(3グループ)マルトデキストリン(1%)
を加えた、標準的な飼料で飼育した。
Claims (16)
- 脳機能、骨の成長、および骨のミネラル化を改善するための、軟骨成長の改善のための、老化プロセスの緩和のための、抗酸化性がある神経保護作用物質としての、コレステロール値とトリグリセリド値を低下させるための、炎症プロセスの予防のための、およびヒトもしくは脊椎動物の血糖値を低下させるための薬剤を製造するための、コリンおよび/またはベタインと組み合わせた、グアニジノ酢酸、および/またはグアニジノ酢酸塩の使用。
- 前記脊椎動物が、家畜、飼育動物、および/または肥育動物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記薬剤が粉末、顆粒、錠剤、カプセル、ペレット、溶液、ジュース、またはゼリー製品を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の使用。
- 前記薬剤が、コリンおよび/またはベタインと組み合わせたグアニジノ酢酸、および/またはグアニジノ酢酸塩を加えた食用マトリックスを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の使用。
- 前記食用マトリックスが、コリンおよび/またはベタインと組み合せたグアニジノ酢酸、および/またはグアニジノ酢酸塩を製造工程において混合または溶解により加えた、完成製品もしくは半製品、飲料、または飼料の形の工業的に製造される食料品であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の使用。
- 前記薬剤が、炭水化物、脂肪、アミノ酸、タンパク質、ビタミン、無機物質、微量元素、カフェイン、タウリン、およびこれらの誘導体、およびこれらの混合物から選択されているさらなる生理活性栄養物質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の使用。

- 前記グアニジノ酢酸、および/またはグアニジノ酢酸塩を、体重1kgあたり0.001〜0.3gの各回服用量で投与することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- グアニジノ酢酸対コリンおよび/またはベタインの使用量のモル比が、1:5〜5:1の範囲、好ましくは1:3〜2:1の範囲、およびとりわけ1:1であることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 前記グアニジノ酢酸が液体状の、半固体状の、または固体の食用マトリックスに固体として分散されている、コリンおよび/またはベタインと組み合わせたグアニジノ酢酸を含む、ヒトの栄養補給のための組成物。
- 乳製品、例えばヨーグルト、ホエー、チーズ、および牛乳、ならびに工業的に製造される完成製品と半完成製品、例えば麺、ミューズリー、シリアル、焼き菓子、調理済み食品、スティック状食品、パン、ソーセージ、および飲料であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の組成物。
- 前記マトリックスのpH値が、2〜11であることを特徴とする、請求項11または12に記載の組成物。
- 常温で90日間貯蔵の後でもなお、グアニジノ酢酸、および/またはグアニジノ酢酸塩の当初の使用量の少なくとも90%を含むことを特徴とする、請求項11から13までのいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記食用マトリックスが、粘度を上昇させる物質、例えばアルギン酸塩、キサンタン、グアール粉、またはイナゴマメ粉を含むことを特徴とする、請求項11から14までのいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- グアニジノ酢酸対コリンおよび/またはベタインのモル比が、1:5〜5:1、好ましくは1:3〜2:1、およびとりわけ約1:1であることを特徴とする、請求項11から15までのいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
