Abstract
Description
ほぼ同一の二つの細長いフランクにして、中央部分の両側に二つの側方突出部を各々が有する二つの細長いフランクを繊維プレートから切り出す段階と、
二つのフランクを重ね合わせて、側方突出部と中央部分との間の境界を表す二本の平行線に沿って二つのフランクを縫合する段階と、
このように形成された組立体の両側で、側方突出部を縫合線に沿って折り曲げる段階と、を含んでいる。
Claims (9)
- 少なくとも一つの補剛材要素を作るための方法であって、
ほぼ同一の二つの細長いフランク(2、4)にして、中央部分(6)の両側に二つの側方突出部(10、14)を各々が有する二つの細長いフランク(2、4)を繊維プレートから切り出す段階と、
前記二つのフランク(2、4)を重ね合わせて、前記側方突出部と前記中央部分との間の境界を表す二本の平行線(8、12)に沿って前記二つのフランク(2、4)を縫合する段階と、
このように形成された組立体の両側で、フランジ(22、24)を形成するために、前記側方突出部(10、14)を前記縫合線に沿って折り曲げる段階と、を含む方法。 - 前記フランクの前記中央部分(6)は、前記補剛材要素の少なくとも一つの自由端(16、18)を形成するために、前記側方突出部を越えて延びている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 繊維プレートから切り出された少なくとも一つの補強要素(30、32、34)が、前記自由端に縫合される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 複数の補強要素(30、32、34)が、前記自由端の両側に縫合される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 補剛材要素の製造方法であって、
ほぼ同一の二つの細長いフランク(2a、4a)にして、中央部分(6a)の両側に二つの側方突出部(10a、14a)を各々が有する二つの細長いフランク(2a、4a)を繊維プレートから切り出す段階と、
第1補剛材半加工品(40a)を得るために、前記二つのフランク(2a、4a)を重ね合わせて、前記側方突出部と前記中央部分との間の境界を表す二本の平行線(8a、12a)に沿って前記二つのフランク(2a、4a)を縫合する段階と、
ほぼ同一の二つの細長いフランク(2b、4b)にして、中央部分(6b)の両側に二つの側方突出部(10b、14b)を各々が有すると共に、少なくとも一つの自由端(16b)を有する二つの細長いフランク(2b、4b)を繊維プレートから切り出す段階と、
第2補剛材半加工品(40b)を得るために、前記二つのフランク(2b、4b)を重ね合わせて、前記側方突出部と前記中央部分との間の境界を表す二本の平行線(8b、12b)に沿って前記二つのフランク(2b、4b)を縫合する段階と、
第2補剛材半加工品(40b)の前記自由端(16b)が前記第1補剛材半加工品(40a)の前記中央部分(6a)に面するように、前記二つの補剛材半加工品を重ね合わせる段階と、
前記第2補剛材半加工品の前記自由端(16b)を前記第1補剛材半加工品の前記中央部分に縫合する段階と、
前記第2補剛材半加工品(40b)が前記第1補剛材半加工品(40a)に対して交叉して延びるように、前記第2補剛材半加工品(40b)を折り曲げる段階と、
前記側方突出部(10a、14a、10b、14b)がフランジ(22a、24a、22b、24b)を形成するように、前記側方突出部(10a、14a、10b、14b)を前記縫合線(8a、12a、8b、12b)に沿って直角に折り曲げる段階と、を含む補剛材要素の製造方法。 - 繊維プレートから切り出された補強細片(52a、52b)が前記フランジ上に縫い合わされる、請求項5に記載の製造方法。
- 前記補強細片(52a、52b)が前記補剛材要素の接合部で交差している、請求項6に記載の製造方法。
- 繊維プレートから切り出された十字形補強材(72)が前記補剛材要素の接合部における前記フランジ上に縫い合わされている、請求項5に記載の製造方法。
- 補剛パネルの製造方法であって、
繊維プレートからパネル(60)を切り出す段階と、
請求項1又は請求項5に記載された方法により補剛材要素を製造する段階と、
前記補剛材要素を前記パネル上に配置して、前記パネルに面している前記補剛材要素のフランジを前記パネルに縫合する段階と、を含む補剛パネルの製造方法。
