Claims (35)
- 織られたベースファブリックから構成された、少なくとも2つの方向に少なくとも2つの側壁を有する統合的に織られた3次元プレフォームであり、前記ベースファブリックは3以上の層を備え、
前記層は、第1方向の繊維と、前記第1方向に対して垂直な第2方向の繊維とを備え、
前記第1方向の第2層の繊維と互い違いに織られている前記第1方向の第1層の繊維を備える少なくとも1つの混交領域が存在し、
少なくとも1つの第1の統合された側壁が、前記第2方向に存在し、かつ、第1混交領域に形成されており、前記第1の統合された側壁は、第1混交領域の第1サイド上の露出した第1層の第1部分を折り曲げることにより形成され、かつ、前記第1の統合された側壁は前記第1層及び前記第2層からの繊維を備え、かつ、
第2混交領域に形成された前記第1方向における少なくとも1つの第2の統合された側壁を備え、前記第2の統合された側壁は前記第1の統合された側壁に対して垂直であり、前記第2混交領域は、第3層の前記第2方向における繊維と交互に織られる、前記第2層の前記第2方向における繊維を備え、かつ、前記第2の統合された側壁は前記第2層の一部を前記第3層から離して折り曲げたものにより形成される3次元プレフォーム。 - 前記第1の統合された側壁を形成するために、第1混交領域上の露出した第1層の前記第1部分と一緒に、前記第1混交領域の第2サイド上の露出した第1層の第2部分も折り曲げられる請求項1に記載のプレフォーム。
- 複数の混交領域に形成された、前記第1及び/又は第2方向における、複数の統合された側壁を備える請求項1に記載のプレフォーム。
- 前記統合された側壁は、プレフォームの全体において連続、或いは不連続である請求項3に記載のプレフォーム。
- 前記プレフォームは、連続及び不連続な統合された側壁の組み合わせを備えている請求項3に記載のプレフォーム。
- 複数の不連続な統合された側壁が配列配置又はずらして配置される請求項4又は5に記載のプレフォーム。
- 前記側壁は少なくとも1つのセルを形成する請求項3に記載のプレフォーム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセルは長方形である請求項7に記載のプレフォーム。
- 前記セルはサイズ及び形が異なる請求項7に記載のプレフォーム。
- 合成又は天然素材の繊維を備える請求項1に記載のプレフォーム。
- 前記繊維は、カーボン、ナイロン、レーヨン、ポリエステル、ガラス繊維、綿、セラミック、アラミド及びポリエチレンから成る群から選択される請求項10に記載のプレフォーム。
- 前記層は、平織り、綾織り、サテン、及び層間プライ・トゥ・プライ、垂直、又は角度インターロックから成る群から選択される織り柄を有するファブリックを備える請求項1に記載のプレフォーム。
- 前記側壁を備える複数の前記部分の間に材料が配置された請求項1に記載のプレフォーム。
- 前記材料は、バイアスの上でカットされたファブリックである請求項13に記載のプレフォーム。
- バイアスファブリックは合成又は天然材料を備える請求項14に記載のプレフォーム。
- 前記材料は、カーボン、ナイロン、レーヨン、ポリエステル、ガラス繊維、綿、セラミック、アラミド及びポリエチレンから成る群から選択される請求項15に記載のプレフォーム。
- 前記バイアスファブリックの繊維は、平織り、綾織り、サテン、及び層間プライ・トゥ・プライ、垂直、又は角度インターロックから成る群から選択される織り柄に従うことができる請求項15に記載のプレフォーム。
- 前記側壁を備える部分は、スティッチング、Tフォーミング、及びタフティングから成る群から選択された技術によって一緒に保持される請求項1に記載のプレフォーム。
- 前記側壁を備える部分及び前記部分の間に配置された前記材料は、スティッチング、Tフォーミング、及びタフティングから成る群から選択された技術によって一緒に保持される請求項13に記載のプレフォーム。
- (i)2以上の層を備えるベースファブリックを準備し、前記層は、第1方向の繊維と、前記第1方向に対して垂直な第2方向の繊維とを備え、前記第1方向の第1層の繊維は第1混交領域で前記第1方向の第2層の繊維と互い違いに織られている工程と、
(ii)前記第1混交領域の第1サイド上の前記第1層の第1部分が前記プレフォームに折り曲げられ、かつ、前記第1混交領域の第2サイド上の前記第1層の第2部分が前記プレフォームに折り曲げられるように、第2方向において前記第1層をカットする工程と、
(iii)前記統合された側壁を形成するために、前記第1及び第2部分を、当該部分が前記ベースファブリックに対して垂直になるように折り曲げる工程と、
を備える請求項1に記載のプレフォームを形成する方法。 - 織られたベースファブリックから構成された、少なくとも2つの方向に少なくとも2つの側壁を有する統合的に織られた3次元プレフォームであり、前記ベースファブリックは3以上の層を備え、
前記層は、第1方向の繊維と、前記第1方向に対して垂直な第2方向の繊維とを備え、
前記第1方向の第2層の繊維と互い違いに織られている前記第1方向の第1層の繊維を備える少なくとも2つの混交領域が存在し、
少なくとも2つの統合された側壁が、前記第2方向に存在し、かつ、第1混交領域に形成されており、前記統合された側壁は、前記第1混交領域の第2サイド上の前記第1層の第2部分と一緒に、前記第1混交領域の第1サイド上の第1層の第1部分をカットし、かつ、前記ベースファブリックに対して垂直に折り曲げることにより形成され、かつ、
前記少なくとも2つの混交領域の間に形成された少なくとも2つの不連続で統合されていない側壁が、当該不連続で統合されていない側壁がカットされかつ前記統合された側壁に関して折り曲げられるように、存在しており、更に、隣接する不連続で統合されていない側壁が、1つ以上の多角形セルを形成するために結合されている3次元プレフォーム。 - 前記統合されていない側壁は混交領域に形成されておらず、また、前記統合されていない側壁は連続又は不連続である請求項21に記載のプレフォーム。
- 前記統合されていない側壁は、露出した層の隣接部分を折り曲げることにより形成される請求項22に記載のプレフォーム。
- 連続した統合されていない側壁と不連続な統合されていない側壁との組み合わせを備える請求項22に記載のプレフォーム。
- 前記統合されていない側壁は、スティッチング、Tフォーミング、及びタフティングから成る群から選択された技術によって、統合された側壁に取り付けられる請求項22に記載のプレフォーム。
- 前記統合されていない側壁は、統合された側壁に対して又は他の統合されていない側壁に対して角度を有しているか、又は両者の組み合わせである請求項25に記載のプレフォーム。
- 前記多角形セルは六角形である請求項21に記載のプレフォーム。
- 前記プレフォームは合成又は天然素材の繊維を備える請求項21に記載のプレフォーム。
- 前記繊維は、カーボン、ナイロン、レーヨン、ポリエステル、ガラス繊維、綿、セラミック、アラミド及びポリエチレンから成る群から選択される請求項28に記載のプレフォーム。
- 前記層は、平織り、綾織り、サテン、及び層間プライ・トゥ・プライ、垂直、又は角度インターロックから成る群から選択される織り柄を有するファブリックを備える請求項21に記載のプレフォーム。
- 前記側壁を備える複数の前記部分の間に材料が配置された請求項21に記載のプレフォーム。
- 前記材料は、バイアスの上でカットされたファブリックである請求項31に記載のプレフォーム。
- バイアスファブリックは合成又は天然材料を備える請求項32に記載のプレフォーム。
