Abstract

Claims (25)
- 次の構成および条件を備える、コーナー適合プリフォーム。
・横糸ヤーンあるいは繊維の1もしくは2以上の層と織り込んだ、縦糸ヤーンあるいは繊維の2もしくは3以上の層。
・縦糸ヤーンと横糸ヤーンとの織込みを備えるベース層。
・そのベース層から伸びる、1もしくは2以上のフランジあるいは脚。
・前記1もしくは2以上のフランジあるいは脚を、前記ベース層に一体に織ること。
・前記1もしくは2以上のフランジあるいは脚を、コーナー周りに折ること。
・前記1もしくは2以上のフランジあるいは脚が、前記コーナー周りを強化する連続した縦糸ヤーンをもつこと。 - 前記プリフォームは、平織りである、請求項1のプリフォーム。
- 前記プリフォームは、前記ベース層から伸びる2もしくは3以上のフランジあるいは脚を分離するクレビスをさらに備える、請求項1のプリフォーム。
- 前記1もしくは2以上のフランジあるいは脚を、90°の角度、またはその90°よりも小さな角度あるいは大きな角度で折る、請求項1のプリフォーム。

・横糸ヤーンあるいは繊維の1もしくは2以上の層と、縦糸ヤーンあるいは繊維の2もしくは3以上の層とを織り込むことにより、ベース層およびそのベース層から伸びる1もしくは2以上のフランジあるいは脚を形成する工程であり、そのとき、前記1もしくは2以上のフランジあるいは脚を前記ベース層に一体に織る。
・前記1もしくは2以上のフランジあるいは脚内に、少なくとも一つの部分として、前記横糸ヤーンと織らない連続的な縦糸ヤーンを与える工程。 - 前記少なくとも一つの部分は、プリフォームの前記1もしくは2以上のフランジあるいは脚をコーナー周りに折るためのヒンジである、請求項12の方法。
- 前記1もしくは2以上のフランジあるいは脚をコーナー周りに折る工程をさらに備える、請求項12の方法。
- 織っていない縦糸ヤーンを、前記脚あるいはフランジの織り部分を通して引き戻すことにより、コーナー周りを強化する連続した縦糸ヤーンを伴うプリフォームを生み出す工程をさらに備える、請求項14の方法。
- 前記プリフォームは、在来式の織機で織る、請求項12の方法。
- 前記ベース層から伸びる2もしくは3以上のフランジあるいは脚を分離するクレビスを作り出す工程をさらに備える、請求項12の方法。
