− Zr41Til4Cu12・5Ni10Be22.5)98Y2、および
− Zr34Ti15Cu12Ni11Be28Y2
によって記述される。
Claims (9)
- 静的構成要素および動的構成要素を備える、歯科用途向けまたは外科用途向けのハンドピースにおいて、前記静的および/または動的構成要素の少なくともいくつかは、バルクが非晶相にて固化する金属合金から作製されることを特徴とする、ハンドピース。
- 前記金属合金は、少なくとも50%のバルク非晶相を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のハンドピース。
- 前記金属合金は完全なバルク非晶質であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のハンドピース。
- 前記非晶質金属合金は、600℃以下の軟化および融解温度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のハンドピース。
- 前記非晶質金属合金は、固相と液相との間に、塑性的に変形可能となる相を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のハンドピース。
- 前記非晶質金属合金は生体適合性であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のハンドピース。
- 前記非晶質金属合金は、Zr−Al−R、Zr−Al−Ni−Cu、またはZr−Ti−Ni−Cu−Beの合金であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のハンドピース。
- Zr−Al−R、Zr−Al−Ni−Cu、またはZr−Ti−Ni−Cu−Beの前記非晶質金属合金は、イットリウムをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のハンドピース。
- 前記非晶質金属合金は、任意の以下の分子式、すなわち、
− ZrxAlyRz、但し、x、y<100、z=x−y、
− Zr55Al15Ni10Cu20)100-xYx、但し、xは0から10の範囲内である、
− Zr65Al7.5Ni10Be22.5)100-xYx、但し、xは0から6の範囲内である、
− Zr41Til4Cu12・5Ni10Be22.5)98Y2、および
− Zr34Ti15Cu12Ni11Be28Y2
によって記述されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のハンドピース。
