Claims (13)
- 市販されて入手可能なばね付勢された圧縮空気供給および逆止めバルブによって圧縮空気または他のガスが充填されたタイヤのための車両リムであって、
リムバルブ(2a、2b)が、リムハブの中央に軸方向に位置しており、かつ、中央バルブ(2
a、2b)からリムハブおよびリムスポーク(9g)内部の径方向孔(9b、9d、9f、9g)を通ってリムベッド(35)そしてタイヤに加圧媒体を導くことを特徴とする、車両リム。 - 請求項1に記載の車両リムにおいて、
リムバルブ(2a、2b)が、中央バルブユニット(3a、3b、3c、3d、3e、3f)に軸方向に位置しており、中央バルブユニットは、リムハブ(1)に挿入されており、かつ、加圧媒体を中央バルブユニット(3a、3b、3c、3e、3d、3f)の通路(9a、9b、9c、9d)を通過してリムまたはリムスポーク(9g)の1つまたは複数の径方向通路(9f)を通ってリムベッド(35)そしてタイヤへと導くことを特徴とする、車両リム。 - 請求項1または2に記載の車両リムにおいて、
リム(1)またはリムスポーク内に1つまたは複数の径方向通路(9f)を作成するために、直線状にまたは空間的に湾曲させるかまたは三次元的に構成された、好適にはフェライトステンレス鋼、チタンまたはニッケル合金、セラミック材料またはグラスファイバー強化熱抵抗プラスチックから成るパイプ管(9g)が使用され、これらパイプ管は、単独でまたは一緒に、直接中央リング(33)または中央バルブユニット(3a、3b、3c、3d、3e、3f)上に星形に接続され、鋳造型に載置されて、鋳造材料内に埋設されることを特徴とする、車両リム。 - 請求項2に記載の車両リムにおいて、
加圧媒体は、中央バルブユニット(3a、3b、3c、3d、3e、3f)の通路(9a、9b、9c、9d、3e)から、中央バルブユニット(3a、3b、3c、3d、3e)の周縁の環状溝(4)および/または、好適には円錐領域内のリムハブの周縁を介して、リム(1)またはリムスポーク(9g)の1つまたは複数の通路(9f)に入ることを特徴とする、車両リム。 - 先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の車両リムにおいて、
環状キャビティ(6a)が、同軸状に、外方を向いているリムバルブ(2a)の回りに存在しており、前記キャビティは、外側または内側において、圧縮空気連結器のキーソケット(6a)として、かつ/または、第1の連結部材、ソケット(7a)または第2の連結部材を連結するためのニップル(7b)、ニップルまたはソケット溝(7a、7b)を有した状態で構成されていることを特徴とする、車両リム。 - 請求項5に記載の車両リムにおいて、
バルブ(2a)回りの環状空間(6a)の内部において機械部分(28)、リングまたはピンが設けられており、これらの突出長さは、タイヤ圧力に依存しており、かつ、圧縮空気連結器の連結解除のために、かつ/または、バルブカバー(10d)をロックするために機能することを特徴とする、車両リム。 - 請求項1または2に記載の車両リムにおいて、
車両の方を向いているリムバルブ(2b)の回りに、環状の軸方向溝(30)または円周溝が、リムの回転軸(A1)に対して同軸状に配置されて設けられており、この回転軸内に、動的封止部(12a)または静的封止部(12b)が配置されており、回転するリム(1)またはリムの中央バルブユニット(3b、3c、3f)を固定されたホイールアクスル(16)または回転するドライブシャフトまたはプロペラシャフト(21、24)に対して封止することを特徴とする、車両リム。 - 先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の車両リムにおいて、
ホイールハブまたは中央バルブユニット(3d)の内部に、圧力センサ(25)が設けられており、タイヤ圧力を測定するとともに測定された値を現場でアナログで(27)またはデジタルで、すなわち、円形の色付きの差(10c)によって示すか、または測定された値を有線通信または無線通信によって、他のユニット、たとえば車両に搭載されているコンピュータに伝達することを特徴とする、車両リム。 - 請求項8に記載の車両リムにおいて、
ディスプレイ(10c)の色の変化は、受動部材、たとえば存在するタイヤ圧力と相互作用する圧電素子によってもたらされることを特徴とする、車両リム。 - 先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の車両リムにおいて、
中央に配置されているバルブ(2a)またはバルブユニット(3a、3b、3c、3d、3e、3f)は、カバーによって覆われており、このカバーは、開閉可能であるかまたはロック可能であり、カバー(10a、10b、10c、10d)は、バルブユニットおよび関節(36)に関節接続されており、この関節は、製造技法上、バルブユニット(3a、3b、3c、3d、3e)の鋼製部材であり、たとえば、薄膜関節の形態で、バルブユニットと一体状になるように、複数の部分から成る射出成型型で射出成形されることを特徴とする、車両リム。 - 請求項10に記載の車両リムにおいて、
バルブユニット(3a、3b、3c、3d、3e、3f)のカバー(10a、10b、10c、10d)は、マノメータ(10c、27)のデジタルまたはアナログディスプレイであるかまたはそれを有していることを特徴とする、車両リム。 - 請求項10または11に記載の車両リムにおいて、
カバー(10a、10b、10c、10d)の内部は、閉止中にバルブユニット(3a、3b、3c、3d、3e、3f)の対応の円周溝(7a、7b、7c)に嵌合するとともにカバーをロックする円形または円筒形状のビード(37)またはスリット付きの爪(38)を有していることを特徴とする、車両リム。 - 請求項12に記載の車両リムにおいて、
環状キャビティ(6a)内の軸方向に移動可能なリング(40)は、中央バルブ(2a、2b)回りで、ばね力(41)または通路(9b)内に存在するタイヤ圧力によって、カバー(10d)のロックセグメント(38)上に押圧移動され、かつ、カバーが不所望に開閉されることがないように固定することを特徴とする、車両リム。
