Claims (25)
- 筋区画症候群の条件を検知するために人体の筋区画の酸素化レベルをモニタリングする方法であって、
筋区画センサに整合機構を提供する工程と、
前記筋区画の酸素化レベルを前記筋区画センサでモニタリングする工程と、
前記人体の血圧をモニタリングする工程と、
前記血圧と前記酸素化レベルの関係をモニタリングする工程とを有する方法。 - 酸素化レベルの有意な変化が検知された場合にアラームを発する工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記血圧および酸素化レベルの両方の値が下がり始めた場合にアラームを発する工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記筋区画の前記血圧および酸素化レベルを表示装置に表示する工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記筋区画センサに中央走査深さマーカを提供する工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 筋区画症候群が前記人体内で発生する可能性があることを示すことができる条件が存在するかどうかを決定する工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。

前記人体の前記酸素化レベルおよび血圧値を表示するための表示装置と、
前記筋区画センサ、血圧装置、および表示装置に結合され、前記人体の前記血圧をモニタリングし、前記人体の前記酸素化レベルをモニタリングし、前記血圧と酸素化レベルの関係をモニタリングし、前記関係に基づいて筋区画症候群が前記人体内に存在することを示すことができる条件が存在するかどうかを決定する演算装置とを備えたシステム。 - 前記筋区画センサは、近赤外線感知要素を備えている、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記筋区画センサは、整合機構および中央走査深さマーカの少なくとも一方を備えている、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記血圧および酸素化レベルが規定の1つまたは複数の規定のレベルに近づいた場合にアラームを発する前記演算装置に結合された、アラームをさらに備えた、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記アラームは聴覚および視覚装置の一方を備えている、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記表示装置はコンピュータ・モニタを備えている、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記筋区画センサは一列の感知要素を備えている、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記演算装置に結合された一列の筋区画センサをさらに備えたシステムであって、各センサは、前記人体の異なる部位の走査を行なうために、近接するセンサに対して異なる光波長を有する、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記演算装置に結合された一列の筋区画センサをさらに備えたシステムであって、前記演算装置は、前記人体の異なる部位の走査を行なうために、それぞれのセンサを作動させるタイミングを制御する、請求項8に記載のシステム。

- 前記演算装置は、前記酸素化レベルおよび血圧が規定の範囲の値内である場合に、前記酸素化レベルおよび血圧がモニタリングされる頻度を増す、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記演算装置は、前記人体の負傷のある部位と前記人体の負傷のない部位の酸素化レベルを比較する、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記演算装置は、前記プロセッサが前記筋区画センサから受信する信号に基づいて血腫状態の可能性を示す、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 筋区画症候群の条件を検知するために人体の筋区画の酸素化レベルをモニタリングする方法であって、
前記人体の皮膚色素に基づいて酸素化レベル・スケールに対するオフセット値を決定する工程と、
前記オフセット値を決定した後に、前記人体の酸素化レベルを検出する工程と、
前記人体の血圧を感知する工程と、
前記人体の血圧と酸素化レベルの関係をモニタリングする工程と、
前記血圧および酸素化レベルが筋区画症候群が人体内に存在することを示す可能性がある1つまたは複数の規定のレベルに達した場合にアラームを鳴らす工程とを含む方法。 - 前記筋区画センサに整合機構および中央走査深さマーカの少なくとも一方を提供する工程をさらに含む、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記人体の酸素化レベルを検出する工程はさらに、筋肉組織の酸素化値を測定する工程を含んでいる、請求項23に記載の方法。
