Claims (10)
- パイプソケット(41)を備えて成るプラスチック複合パイプ(10)であって、滑らかな内側管と、それと共に溶接され且つ横溝(38)が設けられる外側管と、から成るプラスチック複合パイプ(10)の連続製造のための方法にして、
‐シェル半体(12、12’)が循環で搬送方向(4)に案内され、当該シェル半体(12、12’)は、環状の型凹部(32)が設けられ、且つ、成形経路(16)で一対に組み合わされて、中心長手方向軸(18)を有する型を形成し、
‐少なくとも一対のシェル半体(12、12’)には、ソケット凹部(42)が設けられ、
‐内側から外側に作用する相対的な超過圧力が作り出され、
‐駆動モータ(3)を備えて成る第一押出機(1)のダイヘッド(8)が、成形経路(16)の上流側に配置され、
‐ダイヘッド(8)には、外側ダイ(22)と、搬送方向(4)で下流側に配置される内側ダイ(21)と、搬送方向(4)で見たときにその下流側端部に寸法規制心棒(25)とが設けられ、
‐内側ダイ(21)は、第一押出機(1)に接続され、
‐駆動モータ(3’)を備えて成る第二押出機(2)であって、外側ダイ(22)に接続される第二押出機(2)が設けられ、
‐内側管(39)は、内側ダイ(21)から押出され、
‐プラスチック溶融物の外側管(37)は、外側ダイ(21)から押出され、
‐駆動モータ(3、3’)は、
‐‐第一押出機(1)の押出速度n1が、ソケット凹部(42)の拡張される移行部分(44)が内側ダイ(21)を横断している間に、滑らかな内側パイプと横溝(38)とから成る複合パイプの製造の際の速度n1,1から速度n1,2に増加されるように、及び、
‐‐その後、ソケット凹部(42)が内側ダイ(21)を横断している間に、第一押出機(1)の押出速度が、速度n1,3に減少させられ、n1,2>n1,3>n1,1が適用されるように、
動作させられる、方法。 - ソケット凹部(42)の外側拡張型部(45)がソケット凹部(41)の挿入端部(46)を形成するために内側ダイ(21)にわたって案内されている間に、第一押出機(1)の押出速度n1が、押出速度n1,4に増加され、n1,2>n1,4>n1,1が適用される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 滑らかな内側管と、これと共に溶接され且つ横溝(38)が設けられる外側管と、から成る複合パイプの製造の際に、移行部分(44)が外側ダイ(22)にわたって案内される間に、第二押出機(2)の押出速度n2が、速度n2,1から速度2,2に減少させられることを特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 第二押出機(2)の押出速度n2が、滑らかな内側管と、これと共に溶接され且つ横溝(38)が設けられる外側管とから成る複合パイプの製造の際に、速度n2,1から速度n2,2に変更され、この速度n2,2には、n2,2≧n2,1が適用されること、及び、
その後、第二押出機(2)の押出速度n2が、速度n2,3に変更され、n2,3≦n2,1が適用されること、
を特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 追加的なガス間隙(30)が内側ダイ(21)と寸法規制心棒(25)との間にもたらされ、且つ、内側管(39)の方に通じ、種々の圧力の圧縮エアーが前記ガス間隙(30)に適用可能であること、及び、
当該圧力が、滑らかな壁部の内側管を形成している間の部分真空p1から、移行部分(44)が内側ダイ(21)を横断している間の圧力p2に増加させられ、且つ、その後、当該圧力が、ソケット凹部(42)が内側ダイ(21)を横断している間の圧力p3に減少させられ、p1<p3<p2が適用されること、
を特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - パイプソケット(41)を備えて成るプラスチック複合パイプ(10)であって、滑らかな内側管と、これと共に溶接され且つ横溝(38)が設けられる外側管と、から成る複合パイプ(10)の連続製造のための、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実施するための装置にして、
‐シェル半体(12、12’)が循環で搬送方向(4)に案内され、当該シェル半体(12、12’)は、環状の型凹部(32)が設けられ、且つ、成形経路(16)で一対に組み合わされて、中心長手方向軸(18)を有する型を形成し、
‐少なくとも一対のシェル半体(12、12’)には、ソケット凹部(42)が設けられ、
‐内側から外側へ作用する相対的な超過圧力の生成のための手段が設けられ、
‐第一押出機(1)のダイヘッド(8)が、成形経路(16)の下流側に配置され、
‐ダイヘッド(8)には、外側管(37)の押出しのための外側ダイ(22)と、内側管(39)の押出しのための、搬送方向(4)で下流側に配置される内側ダイ(21)と、搬送方向(4)で見たときに、その下流側端部に寸法規制心棒(25)と、が設けられ、
‐内側ダイ(21)は、第一押出機(1)に接続され、
‐外側ダイ(22)に接続される第二押出機(2)が設けられ、
‐第一押出機(1)と第二押出機(2)との駆動モータ(3、3’)の作動のために、制御システム(50)が設けられ、
‐当該制御システム(50)は、
‐‐第一押出機(1)の押出速度n1が、ソケット凹部(42)の拡張した移行部分(44)が内側ダイ(21)を横断している間に、滑らかな内側パイプと横溝(38)とから成る複合パイプの製造の際の速度n1,1から速度n2,1に増加させるように、且つ、
‐‐その後、ソケット凹部(42)が内側ダイ(21)を横断している間に、第一押出機(1)の押出速度が、速度n1,3に減少させられ、n1,2>n1,3>n1,1が適用されるように、
構成される、装置。 - ソケット凹部(42)の外側拡張型部(45)がソケット凹部(41)の挿入端部(46)を形成するために内側ダイ(21)にわたって案内されている間に、第一押出機(1)の押出速度n1が押出速度n1,4に増加させられるように、制御システム(50)が構成され、n1,2>n1,4>n1,1が適用されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 滑らかな内側管と、これと共に溶接され且つ横溝(38)が設けられる外側管とから成る複合パイプの製造の際に、移行部分(44)が外側ダイ(22)にわたって案内されている間に、第二押出機(2)の押出速度n2が、速度n2,1から速度n2,2に減少させられるように、制御システム(50)が構成されていることを特徴とする請求項6又は7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 第二押出機(2)の押出速度n2が、滑らかな内側管と、これと共に溶接され且つ横溝(38)が設けられる外側管とから成る複合パイプの製造の際に、速度n2,1から速度n2,2に変更され、速度n2,2は、n2,2≧n2,1が適用されるように、制御システム(50)が構成されること、及び、
その後、第二押出機(2)の押出速度n2が、速度n2,3に変更され、n2,3≦n2,1が適用されること、
を特徴とする請求項6又は7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 追加的なガス間隙(30)が、内側ダイ(21)と寸法規制心棒(25)との間にもたらされ、種々の圧力の圧縮エアーがガス間隙(30)に適用可能であること、及び、
当該圧力が、滑らかな壁部の内側管を形成している間の部分真空p1から、移行部分(44)が内側ダイ(21)を横断している間の圧力p2に増加させられ、且つ、その後、当該圧力が、ソケット凹部(42)が内側ダイ(21)を横断している間の圧力p3に減少させられ、p1<p3<p2が適用されるように、制御システム(50)が構成されること、
を特徴とする請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
