Description
Claims (16)
- バッテリーモジュールを構成する板形状二次バッテリーセル(「バッテリーセル」)を電気的に相互接続するための電極端子接続部材であって、
前記電極端子接続部材が、連結部分(「屈曲連結部分」)と、外部入力及び出力端子と、及び電圧検出端子とを包含してなるものであり、
前記前記連結部分が、屈曲して前記電極端子接続部材の後部に溝を形成し、各バッテリーセルの板形状電極端子(「バッテリーセル電極端子」)が前記溝の中に挿入されてなるものであり、
前記外部入力及び出力端子が、屈曲した状態にある電極端子接続部材の前部に向かって突き出たものであり、及び
前記電圧検出端子が、屈曲した状態にある電極端子接続部材の前部に向かって突き出たものである、電極端子接続部材。 - 前記屈曲連結部分、及び前記外部入力及び出力端子の数が、前記バッテリーセルの数に対応するものであり、少なくとも2個のバッテリーセルが互いに電気的に接続されてなる、請求項1に記載の電極端子接続部材。
- 前記屈曲連結部分が、前記屈曲連結部分が異なった高さを有するように形成されてなる、請求項2に記載の電極端子接続部材。
- 2個の屈曲連結部分が、前記屈曲連結部分間の高さの差が各バッテリーセルの厚さに等しくなるように形成され、
前記外部入力及び出力端子が、前記電極端子接続部材の対向する末端に配置され、
前記電圧検出端子が、前記電極端子接続部材のほぼ中央に配置されてなる、請求項3に記載の電極端子接続部材。 - 前記外部入力及び出力端子、並びに前記電圧検出端子が、前記電極端子接続部材の前部に対して平行に屈曲している、請求項1に記載の電極端子接続部材。
- 前記外部入力及び出力端子が、連結孔を備えている、請求項1に記載の電極端子接続部材。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の電極端子接続部材が、バッテリーセルの対応する電極端子に連結される構造に構築された、中型または大型バッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールが、複数のセルモジュールを積み重ねることにより形成され、各セルモジュールが、カートリッジ中に取り付けられたバッテリーセルを有する、請求項7に記載の中または大型バッテリーモジュール。
- 前記カートリッジが、カートリッジ本体と、上部カバーとを包含してなり、
前記カートリッジ本体が、各バッテリーセルに対応する長方形構造に構築されて、前記バッテリーセルが前記カートリッジ本体に取り付けられてなり、
前記カートリッジ本体が、前記カートリッジ本体の上部で開いており、
前記上部カバーが、前記バッテリーセルの前記開いた上部に取り付けられ、前記バッテリーセルが前記カートリッジ本体に取り付けられてなり、
前記カートリッジ本体が、前記カートリッジ本体の底部に複数の通し孔を備えており、 前記カートリッジ本体が、前記カートリッジ本体の各側壁の上側末端の片側に、連結突起を備えており、
前記連結突起によって、前記カートリッジ本体が別のカートリッジ本体に連結され、前記カートリッジ本体が、前記カートリッジ本体の各側壁の下側末端の片側に、前記連結突起に対応する連結溝を備えており、
前記カートリッジ本体が、前記カートリッジ本体の前部に連結部分を備えており、前記連結部分に、前記電極端子接続部材を取り付けるための追加部材(「取付絶縁部材」)がアセンブリー様式で連結されて、前記電極端子接続部材が、前記バッテリーセル対応の前記電極端子に対応するものに安定して接続されてなるものである、請求項8に記載の中型または大型バッテリーモジュール。 - 各バッテリーセルが、樹脂層および金属層を包含するラミネートシートから製造されたバッテリーケース中に電極アセンブリーを取り付ける構造に構築された小袋形バッテリーセルである、請求項9に記載の中または大型バッテリーモジュール。
- 前記取付絶縁部材が、前記カートリッジ本体の前部にほぼ対応するサイズの長方形平行六面体構造に構築されてなり、
前記取付絶縁部材が、前記取付絶縁部材の後部に溝(「カートリッジ連結溝」)を備え、前記溝の中に各カートリッジ本体の前部が挿入されてなり、
前記取付絶縁部材が、前記取付絶縁部材の前部に一対の孔(「電極端子通し孔」)を備え、前記通し孔を通して、各バッテリーセルの、前記連結溝を通して導入された電極端子が露出し、
前記取付絶縁部材が、前記電極端子通し孔の上に、前記取付絶縁部材の上部に、連結上側末端を備えてなり、前記連結上側末端が、前記電極端子接続部材の前記屈曲連結部分の前記後部溝の中に挿入されてなる、請求項10に記載の中型または大型バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記取付絶縁部材が、前記取付絶縁部材の前部に配置部分を備えてなり、前記配置部分の中に、前記電極端子接続部材の前記外部入力、並びに出力端子及び前記電圧検出端子が安定して配置されてなる、請求項11に記載の中型または大型バッテリーモジュール。
- 前記取付絶縁部材が、前記取付絶縁部材の配置部分に、連結窪みを備えてなり、
前記配置部分に、前記電極端子接続部材の前記外部入力及び出力端子が安定して配置されてなる、請求項12に記載の中型または大型バッテリーモジュール。 - 各バッテリーセルの、前記電極端子通し孔を通して外側に露出した前記電極端子が、上方に屈曲し、前記取付絶縁部材の前記連結上側末端と緊密に接触し、前記取付絶縁部材の前記連結上側末端を取り囲み、前記取付絶縁部材の前記連結上側末端が、前記電極端子接続部材の前記屈曲連結部分の前記後部溝の中に挿入される、請求項11に記載の中型または大型バッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーセルを、各セルモジュールの前記カートリッジ本体に取り付け、前記カートリッジ本体を積み重ね、前記上部カバーを最も上側にあるカートリッジ本体に連結する、請求項9に記載の中型または大型バッテリーモジュール。
- 複数の請求項9に記載のバッテリーモジュールを包含する高出力、大容量バッテリーモジュールアセンブリー。
