Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- (a)2つの主表面を有する膨張黒鉛の圧縮粒子からなるシートを提供するステップと、
(b)前記シートに第1樹脂システムを含浸させて、樹脂含浸シートを形成するステップと、
(c)前記樹脂含浸シートに表面処理を施して、前記シートにおける1以上の前記主表面上に1以上の構造を形成することにより、表面処理シートを形成するステップと、
(d)前記表面処理シートを第2樹脂システムで処理するステップと
を含むことを特徴とする樹脂含浸黒鉛体の製造方法。 - 前記第1樹脂システムが、前記シート内に含浸される熱硬化性樹脂を約5重量%〜約35重量%含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第1樹脂システムが、ポリベンゾオキサジン樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、及び、それらの組み合わせからなる群から選ばれた樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第1樹脂システムを、前記樹脂含浸シートに表面処理を施す前に、少なくとも部分的に硬化させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第2樹脂システムを、前記表面処理シートに約0.1重量%〜9重量%で塗布することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第2樹脂システムが、メタクリレート樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の製造方法。
- 2つの主表面を有する膨張黒鉛の圧縮粒子からなるシートを含む寸法安定性及び漏れ防止特性を有する製品であって、1つ又は2つの前記主表面には、1以上の構造が施され、かつ、前記シート内に第1樹脂システム及び第2樹脂システムが配合されていることを特徴とする製品。
- 前記第1樹脂システムが、前記シート内に含浸される熱硬化性樹脂を約5重量%〜約35重量%含有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の製品。
- 前記第1樹脂システムが、ポリベンゾオキサジン樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、及び、それらの組み合わせからなる群から選ばれた樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の製品。
- 前記第2樹脂システムが、前記表面処理シートに約0.1重量%〜9重量%で塗布されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の製品。
- 前記第2樹脂システムが、メタクリレート樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の製品。
