Description
A2:組成物(A)から混合ガスG−1を脱着させて溶媒混合物(I’)を得る工程; B1:混合ガスG−1を全体の溶媒混合物(II)に対して少なくとも50質量%の水を含む溶媒混合物(II)(但し、その溶媒混合物(II)のpHが2.0〜8.0の範囲である)に接触させて、組成物(B)を得る工程;
B2:組成物(B)から混合ガスG−2を脱着させて、溶媒混合物(II’)を得る工程;
(なおいずれの場合も、pHは、ガラス電極により、好ましくは校正後の温度補償ガラス電極により測定されたものである)。
A1 混合ガスG−0を、全体の溶媒混合物(I)に対して少なくとも50質量%の水を含む溶媒混合物(I)と接触させて組成物(A)を得る工程(ただし、その際の溶媒混合物(I)のpHが3.5〜8.0の範囲にある);
A2 組成物(A)からの混合ガスG−1の脱着により溶媒混合物(I’)を得る工程;
B1 混合ガスG−1を、全体として溶媒混合物(II)に対して少なくとも50質量%の水を含む溶媒混合物(II)に接触させて組成物(B)を得る工程(ただし、その際の溶媒混合物(II)pHは2.0〜8.0の範囲にある);
B2 組成物(B)から混合ガスG−2を脱着させて溶媒混合物(II’)を得る工程;
C 混合ガスG−2を少なくとも一種のオレフィンと接触させる工程;
(なお、いずれの場合も、pHはガラス電極での測定によるものである)。
試験に用いたフィードガスは、硝酸合成用の圧力捕集塔の排ガスで、これをフィードガスとして用いた。このガスは、アジピン酸プラントの排ガスを含む混合物であり、NOが補充されたものである。
脱着後に吸収剤を5kg/hの速度で抜き出し、<4ppmのアンモニアを含むpHが9.2〜9.8である新鮮な純水で補充した以外は、上述のようにして実施例2を実施した。この方法では、吸収剤のpHが、定常状態において2.7で安定となった。
実施例3は、実施例1と同様に実施した。実施例1とは異なり、pHを6.0に一定に維持するため、10%NaOH水溶液を吸収剤中に、脱着塔を下向きに流れるように供給した。2kg/hの速度で一定量の吸収剤を同様に廃棄した。系内の吸収剤量を一定とするため、必要なら、<4ppmのアンモニアを含むpHが9.2〜9.8である新鮮な純水を添加した。
実施例4は、実施例3と同様に実施したが、pHは9.0で一定とした。同様に、2kg/hの速度で一定量の吸収剤を廃棄した。系内の吸収剤量を一定とするため、必要があれば<4ppmのアンモニアを含むpHが9.2〜9.8である新鮮な純水を添加した。
実施例5は、実施例3と同様に実施した。また、しかし、第一脱着ステージの後に得られたガスをさらに、基本機能的に第一濃縮ステージと同様に作られた第二の濃縮ステージで濃縮した。しかしながら、この第二濃縮ステージは、NaOH供給装置およびpH制御装置を備えていなかった。
Claims (13)
- 少なくとも以下の工程:
A1:混合ガスG−0を全体の溶媒混合物(I)に対して少なくとも50質量%の水を含む溶媒混合物(I)(但し、その溶媒混合物(I)のpHが3.5〜8.0の範囲である)に接触させて、組成物(A)を得る工程;
A2:組成物(A)から混合ガスG−1を脱着させて溶媒混合物(I’)を得る工程; B1:混合ガスG−1を全体の溶媒混合物(II)に対して少なくとも50質量%の水を含む溶媒混合物(II)(但し、その溶媒混合物(II)のpHが2.0〜8.0の範囲である)に接触させて、組成物(B)を得る工程;
B2:組成物(B)から混合ガスG−2を脱着させて、溶媒混合物(II’)を得る工程;
(なお、いずれの場合も、pHはガラス電極での測定によるものである)
を含むことを特徴とする一酸化二窒素含有混合ガスG−0の精製方法。 - 上記混合ガスG−0が、アジピン酸プラント、及び/又はドデカン二酸プラント、及び/又はヒドロキシルアミンプラント、及び/又はアジピン酸プラント及び/又はドデカン二酸プラント及び/又はヒドロキシルアミンプラントの排ガスで運転される硝酸プラントの排ガスである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 溶媒混合物(I)、又は溶媒混合物(II)、又は溶媒混合物(I)及び溶媒混合物(II)が、それぞれ全体の溶媒混合物(I)又は(II)に対して少なくとも80質量%の水を含む請求項1及び2のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 溶媒混合物(I)、又は溶媒混合物(II)、又は溶媒混合物(I)及び溶媒混合物(II)が、それぞれ全体の溶媒混合物(I)又は(II)に対して10質量%未満の塩類を含む請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 溶媒混合物(I)のpH、又は溶媒混合物(II)のpH、又は溶媒混合物(I)のpH及び溶媒混合物(II)のpHが、6.0〜7.0の範囲にある請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 溶媒混合物(I’)が溶媒混合物(I)として少なくとも部分的に上記方法に再循環されるか、又は
溶媒混合物(II’)が溶媒混合物(II)として少なくとも部分的に上記方法に再循環されるか、又は
溶媒混合物(I’)が溶媒混合物(I)として少なくとも部分的に上記方法に再循環され、且つ溶媒混合物(II’)が溶媒混合物(II)として少なくとも部分的に上記方法に再循環される請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 溶媒混合物(I)のpH、又は溶媒混合物(II)のpH、又は溶媒混合物(I)のpH及び溶媒混合物(II)のpHが、塩基の添加で調整される請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 溶媒混合物(I)のpH、又は溶媒混合物(II)のpH、又は溶媒混合物(I)のpH及び溶媒混合物(II)のpHが、アルカリ金属の水酸化物、アルカリ金属の炭酸塩、アルカリ金属の炭酸水素塩、アルカリ金属のリン酸塩、アルカリ土類金属の水酸化物、アルカリ土類金属の炭酸塩、アルカリ土類金属の炭酸水素塩、およびアルカリ土類金属のリン酸塩からなる群から選ばれる塩基の添加で調整される請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程A1、又は工程B1、又は工程A1及びB1における接触の圧力が10〜35barの範囲である請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程A1及びA2、又は工程B1及びB2、又は工程A1及びA2並びに工程B1及びB2が隔壁カラム内で実施される請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 得られる混合ガスG−2が液化している請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法で得られる混合ガスのオレフィンの酸化剤としての使用方法。
- 前記オレフィンが、シクロペンテンとシクロドデセンと1,5,9−シクロドデカトリエンとからなる群から選ばれる請求項12記載の使用方法。
