Claims (34)
- 流動性下地上に印刷、被着または被膜形成を行う方法において、
支持体上に食材ではない流動性下地を押し出す工程、及び
前記流動性下地上に画像を形成するために液体を噴射する工程、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記流動性下地上に液体を噴射する前記工程後に、前記流動性下地を固態に変態させる工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記変態させる工程が前記流動性基板を水浴内におく工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記液体がインクジェットプリンタを用いて噴射されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記流動性下地をコンベアに沿って移動させる工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記流動性下地が粘弾性材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記粘弾性材料が溶融プラスチックを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記流動性下地が押出品を形成するために押出ダイを通して押し出されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記下地を個品に形成する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記液体がインク滴を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記流動性下地が約30000ポアズ(3000Pa・秒)以下の粘度を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 印刷、被着または被膜形成を行う方法において、
物品上に食材ではない流動性下地の層を被着する工程、及び
前記流動性下地層上にパターンを形成するために液体を噴射する工程、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記流動性下地層が約30000ポアズ(3000Pa・秒)以下の粘度を有することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記流動性下地層上に液体を噴射する前記工程後に、前記流動性下地層を流動可能状態から固態に硬化させる工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記流動性下地層及び前記パターンが表面を形成し、第2の流動性下地層が前記表面上に被覆されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の流動性下地層上に第2のパターンを形成するために液体を噴射する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の流動性下地層上に前記第2のパターンを噴射する前記工程後に、前記流動性下地層及び前記第2の流動性下地層を硬化させる工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記パターン、前記第2のパターン、前記流動性下地層及び前記第2の流動性下地層が、木目調パターン、織物調パターンまたは装飾パターンを形成することを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記液体がインク滴を含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記流動性下地が、被膜材、釉薬、塗料及びワニスからなる群から選ばれる材料であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記被膜材が誘電体材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記物品が、木材、プラスチック、金属またはセラミックを含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記物品が中密度木質ファイバボードを含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 印刷、被着または被膜形成を行う方法において、
支持体の表面上に粉末を被着させる工程、
前記支持体上の前記粉末上に液体を噴射する工程、及び
前記粉末を流動させて前記支持体の前記表面を被覆する工程、
を含む方法。 - 前記粉末が前記支持体に静電的に被着されることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記粉末が熱硬化性または熱可塑性の材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記液体が圧電型プリントヘッドを用いて噴射されることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記支持体が金属を含むことを特徴とする請求項24に記載の方法。
- 食材ではない流動性下地上に液体を噴射するためのシステムにおいて、
下地上にパターンをなして液体を噴射するためのインクジェットプリンタ、
食材ではない流動性下地のための、前記インクジェットプリンタが前記流動性下地上に液体を噴射できるように前記インクジェットプリンタに隣接する、支持体、及び
前記インクジェットプリンタの上流にある、前記支持体上に前記流動性下地を押し出すように構成された、押出機、
を備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記インクジェットプリンタの下流に前記流動性下地を硬化させるための硬化ステーションをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項29に記載のシステム。
- 前記流動性下地を個品に形成するための形成ステーションをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項29に記載のシステム。
- 粉末が被着された基板表面上に液体を噴射するためのシステムにおいて、
基板上にパターンをなして液体を噴射するためのインクジェットプリンタ、
前記インクジェットプリンタが前記基板上に液体を噴射できるように前記インクジェットプリンタに隣接する前記基板のための支持体、及び
前記インクジェットプリンタの上流にある、前記基板の表面上に粉末を計量分配するためのステーション、
を備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記粉末を流動させて前記基板表面を被覆するためのステーションをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項32に記載のシステム。
- 前記粉末が前記基板表面に静電的に被着されることを特徴とする請求項32に記載のシステム。
