Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 壁の一方からのみアクセスされることによって孔に挿入される、壁の孔を塞ぐための密封栓であって、
その一端からのみアクセスされることによって半径方向に拡張されうる半径方向に拡張可能な本体と、
耐液体性を有する材料で形成され、前記拡張可能な本体の他端を塞ぎ、前記本体の長さ方向の外周に沿って拡張する密封キャップを備え、
前記密封キャップのうち少なくとも前記孔の壁に隣接する部分が、拡張して壁に係合されるように前記密封栓が孔に挿入され、半径方向に拡張されたときに、前記密封キャップは、前記キャップの外側からのアクセスに対して前記栓の本体を密封しつつ、前記孔に固定されていることを特徴とする密封栓。 - 前記密封栓は、初めに前記密封キャップが前記孔に挿入され、次に前記栓の本体が前記密封キャップの内部に挿入されることによって組み立てられることを特徴とする、上記のように孔に挿入された請求項1に記載の密封栓。
- 前記密封栓は、前記密封栓が前記孔に挿入されることなく、または挿入される前に、前記栓の本体が前記密封キャップの内部に挿入されることによって組み立てられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の密封栓。
- 組み立て後に、前記密封キャップを前記栓の本体上に保持するのを補助するための保持・補助手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の密封栓。
- 前記保持・補助手段は、前記密封キャップを前記栓の本体に係合させるための半径方向内側への変形部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の密封栓。
- 前記保持・補助手段は、前記栓の本体のアクセス可能な端面の軸方向の窪みによって引き起こされ、前記密封キャップと係合される前記栓の本体の局部的な半径方向の拡張部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の密封栓。
- 前記密封キャップのうち前記栓の本体に沿って拡張された部分には、半径方向に外側に突出した縁またはフランジが設けられており、それによって前記孔への前記密封キャップの挿入深さを制限することを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の密封栓。
- 前記キャップは、その長さ方向の全体にわたって一定の外径断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の密封栓。
- 前記密封キャップには、少なくとも1つの外周の円周状の突部が形成されており、それによって前記キャップと前記孔の壁との係合および/または密封を強化することを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の密封栓。
