Claims (15)

- 前記カフ上に組み込まれる、1つ以上の刺激電極をさらに備える、請求項5に記載の機器。
- 前記カフは、血管の付近の1つ以上の神経に前記神経刺激を送達するように前記1つ以上の刺激電極が位置付けられるように、血管を包み込むように構成される、請求項6に記載の機器。

該近位端と該遠位端との間の細長い経壁性本体と
を含む、経壁性固定デバイスと
を備える、機器。 - 前記電子回路は、神経刺激を送達するように適合される、神経刺激回路を備える、請求項10に記載の機器。
- 前記固着デバイスは、鉤を備える、請求項10および請求項11のうちのいずれかに記載の機器。
- 前記固着デバイスは、複数のアームを備え、拘束状態の該アームにより前記外面から前記壁に貫通し、前記空洞に進入し、非拘束状態の該アームにより前記内面に対して該空洞中で展開するように構成される、請求項10および請求項11のうちのいずれかに記載の機器。
