Claims (15)

  1. 身体内の心臓血管機能を調節するように神経刺激を送達するための埋込型医療機器であって、
    神経刺激を送達するように適合される電子回路であって、
    該神経刺激を送達するように適合される刺激出力回路と、
    心臓血管機能を調節するために選択された刺激パラメータを含む刺激アルゴリズムを格納するメモリ回路と、
    該心臓血管機能を調節するための刺激アルゴリズムを実行することによって、該神経刺激の該送達を制御するように適合される、刺激制御器と
    を含む、電子回路と、
    該電子回路を収容するように構成されるチャンバを形成する壁を含む、埋込型カプセルであって、ほぼ円筒形の細長い本体を含む、埋込型カプセルと、
    該埋込型カプセルに連結される固定デバイスであって、該身体内の該埋込型カプセルの位置を固定するように構成される、固定デバイスと
    を備える、機器。
  2. 充電式バッテリを含む電源をさらに備え、前記チャンバは、前記電子回路および前記電源を収容する請求項1に記載の機器。
  3. 前記電子回路は、少なくとも1つの生理学的信号を感知するように適合される、感知回路を備える、請求項1〜請求項2のうちのいずれかに記載の機器。
  4. 前記埋込型カプセルは、約5mm〜25mmの間の長さと、約2mm〜10mmの間の直径とを有する、請求項1〜請求項3のうちのいずれかに記載の機器。
  5. 前記固定デバイスは、前記埋込型カプセルに連結され、前記身体内の細長い構造を包み込むように構成される、カフを備える、請求項1〜請求項のうちのいずれかに記載の機器。
  6. 前記カフ上に組み込まれる、1つ以上の刺激電極をさらに備える、請求項に記載の機器。
  7. 前記カフは、血管の付近の1つ以上の神経に前記神経刺激を送達するように前記1つ以上の刺激電極が位置付けられるように、血管を包み込むように構成される、請求項に記載の機器。
  8. 前記カフ上に組み込まれ、1つ以上の血行力学信号を感知するように適合される、血行力学センサをさらに備える、請求項に記載の機器。
  9. 前記固定デバイスは、前記身体の内部構造に前記埋込型カプセルを経壁的に固定するように構成される、経壁性固定デバイスを備え、該内部構造は、壁と空洞とを有し、該壁は、外面と内面とを含み、該空洞は、該内面によって画定され、該経壁性固定デバイスは、
    該埋込型カプセルに連結される近位端と、

  10. 生体で使用するための埋込型医療機器であって、
    電子回路と、
    該電子回路を収容するチャンバを形成する壁を含む、埋込型カプセルと、
    該身体の内部構造に該埋込型カプセルを経壁的に固定するように構成される、経壁性固定デバイスであって、該内部構造は、壁と空洞とを有し、該壁は、外面と内面とを含み、該空洞は、該内面によって画定され、該経壁性固定デバイスは、
    該埋込型カプセルに連結される近位端と、
    固着デバイスを含み、該固着デバイスが該内面に対して該空洞中で展開するように、該外面から該壁に貫通して該空洞に進入するように構成される、遠位端と、
    該近位端と該遠位端との間の細長い経壁性本体と
    を含む、経壁性固定デバイスと
    を備える、機器。
  11. 前記電子回路は、神経刺激を送達するように適合される、神経刺激回路を備える、請求項10に記載の機器。
  12. 前記固着デバイスは、鉤を備える、請求項10および請求項11のうちのいずれかに記載の機器。
  13. 前記固着デバイスは、複数のアームを備え、拘束状態の該アームにより前記外面から前記壁に貫通し、前記空洞に進入し、非拘束状態の該アームにより前記内面に対して該空洞中で展開するように構成される、請求項10および請求項11のうちのいずれかに記載の機器。
  14. 前記埋込型カプセルは、ほぼ円筒形であり、約5mm〜25mmの間の長さと、約2mm〜10mmの間の直径とを有する、請求項10〜請求項13のうちのいずれかに記載の機器。
  15. 前記細長い経壁性本体は、約5mm〜30mmの間の長さを有するワイヤを備える、請求項10〜請求項14のうちのいずれかに記載の機器。
