Abstract
Description
軟組織の中にポケットを作り出すことによってインプラントの位置を規定し;
満たされていないシェルをそのポケットの中に挿入し;
そのシェルに生体材料を所定の体積まで満たし;
その生体材料をその場で硬化させる操作を含む方法がさらに提供される。
Claims (35)
- その場で硬化させることのできる液状生体材料を満たしたシェルを有する軟組織インプラント。
- 上記生体材料が生体安定性である、請求項1に記載の軟組織インプラント。
- 上記生体材料がシリコーンを含んでいる、請求項1または2に記載の軟組織インプラント。
- 上記生体材料がシリコーン含有ゲルである、請求項3に記載の軟組織インプラント。
- 上記ゲルの発熱特性が、最大温度差+4℃に限定されている、請求項4に記載の軟組織インプラント。
- 上記ゲルに含まれる抽出可能物が35%未満である、請求項4に記載の軟組織インプラント。
- 上記シェルが開口部を備えていて、その開口部を通じて上記生体材料が満たされる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の軟組織インプラント。
- 上記開口部が逆止め弁によって規定されている、請求項7に記載の軟組織インプラント。
- 上記弁が、ダイアフラム・バルブ、ダックビル弁、リード弁、リーフ弁、クロス・スリット弁、プラグ弁のいずれかである、請求項8に記載の軟組織インプラント。
- 上記シェルが弾性材料でできている、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の軟組織インプラント。
- 上記弾性材料が、ポリウレタン、および/またはポリウレタン尿素、および/またはポリカーボネート、および/またはシリコーンである、請求項10に記載の軟組織インプラント。
- 上記弾性材料がElast-Eon(登録商標)ポリマーである、請求項10に記載の軟組織インプラント。
- 上記シェルが、位置を確認するための放射線不透過性マークを含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の軟組織インプラント。
- 上記弾性シェルが、生体材料を満たしたときにそのシェルが変形することなく広がるような伸び弾性率を持つ、請求項10〜13のいずれか1項に記載の軟組織インプラント。
- 軟組織インプラントを埋め込む方法であって、
軟組織の中にポケットを作り出すことによってインプラントの位置を規定し;
満たされていないシェルをそのポケットの中に挿入し;
そのシェルに生体材料を所定の体積まで満たし;
その生体材料をその場で硬化させる操作を含む方法。 - 硬化の前または後に上記ポケットを閉じる操作を含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 充填している間に上記生体材料の硬化を開始させ、その場で硬化を完了させる、請求項15または16に記載の方法。
- 上記シェルに上記生体材料を満たした後に硬化させる操作を含む、請求項15または16に記載の方法。
- 上記生体材料を外部で硬化させる操作を含む、請求項15〜18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 赤外線照射、紫外線照射、超音波エネルギーのいずれかを利用して上記生体材料を外部で硬化させる操作を含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 上記生体材料を化学的に硬化させる操作を含む、請求項15〜18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 上記生体材料の構成成分であるモノマーまたはプレポリマーと硬化性架橋剤を混合した後、その生体材料混合物を上記シェルに満たす操作を含む、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 上記生体材料混合物に触媒および/または開始剤を添加する操作を含む、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 硬化の間を通じて上記インプラントを支持してそのインプラントの形状を規定する操作を含む、請求項15〜23のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 上記インプラントをブラジャーで支持する操作を含む、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 上記シェルに、そのシェルの表面に位置する穴を通じて満たす操作を含む、請求項15〜25のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 上記シェルに、上記穴に設けられた弁を通じて満たす操作を含む、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 空になった状態の上記シェルをスタイレットの一端に巻き付け、そのスタイレットを上記ポケットの中に挿入し、その空のシェルをそのスタイレットからほどいて所定の位置に配置する、請求項15〜27のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 加圧下でチューブを通じて流体状の生体材料を上記空のシェルに供給する操作を含む、請求項15〜28のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 重力下で上記生体材料を上記空のシェルに供給する操作を含む、請求項29に記載の方法。
- 注射器を用いて上記生体材料を上記空のシェルに注入する操作を含む、請求項29に記載の方法。
- ポンプを用いて上記生体材料を上記空のシェルに注入する操作を含む、請求項29に記載の方法。
- 最初に軟組織に切り込みを入れ、次いでその軟組織内のある領域をきれいにしてポケットを形成することによってポケットを作り出す操作を含む、請求項15〜32のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 長さが0.5cm〜5cmの切り込みを作る操作を含む、請求項33に記載の方法。
- 測定、および/または視覚的手段、および/または寸法測定器の適用により、シェルを挿入する前にポケットのサイズを確認する操作を含む、請求項15〜34のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
