Abstract
Description
a)前記液体組成物が第1の香料を含み、
b)前記包装容器が蓋部分及びフレーム部分を備えるヒンジ式の蓋を備え、及び
c)前記包装容器が実質的に前記容器の開口部におけるその内壁に接着した接着剤ストリップを備え、前記接着剤ストリップがアルデヒド含有香料を含む洗剤パックである。
a)エチレンと少なくともヘテロ原子を含む少なくとも別のモノマーとのコポリマーと、
b)少なくとも1つのヘテロ原子を含む少なくとも10重量%の可塑剤と、
c)約20重量%〜約70重量%、より好ましくは約30重量%〜約60重量%のアルデヒド含有香料と、を含む。
包装容器はタブ、トレイ、ジャー、ボトル、バッグ、ボックス等であることができる。包装容器はヒンジ式の蓋によって再び密閉できる。包装容器は好ましくは、38℃、90%相対湿度において0.25g/m2/day未満の水蒸気透過度を有する。
液体組成物中の香料の濃度は、液体組成物の約0.001〜約10重量%、好ましくは約0.05〜約5重量%、より好ましくは約0.01〜約1.5重量%の範囲であってよい。
本明細書で使用するのに適したアルデヒドは、従来香料に使用されているものであり、及び「香料及び風味料化学」第I及びII巻、S.アークタンダー(S. Arctander)、アルレッド・パブリッシング(Allured Publishing)、1994年、ISBN 0−931710−35−5に見出すことができる。適したアルデヒドとしては、C6〜C14脂肪族アルデヒド、C6〜C14非環式テルペンアルデヒド、及びこれらの混合物が挙げられる。好ましくは、本発明の香料構成成分はC8〜C12脂肪族アルデヒド、C8〜C12非環式テルペンアルデヒド、及びこれらの混合物から選択される。より好ましくは、本発明の香料構成成分は、シトラール;ネラール;イソ−シトラール;ジヒドロシトラール;シトロネラール;オクタナール;ノナナール;デカナール;ウンデカナール;ドデカナール;トリデカナール;2−メチルデカナール;メチルノニルアセトアルデヒド;2−ノネナール(2-nonen al);デカナール;ウンデセナール;ウンデシレンアルデヒド;2,6ジメチルオクタナール;2,6,3,10,トリメチルウンデセン−l−アール;トリメチルウンデカナール;ドデセナール;メロナール;2−メチルオクタナール;3,5,5,トリメチルヘキサナール、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される。好ましくは、ホットメルトで使用するための香料は、香料組成物の少なくとも1重量%、より好ましくは少なくとも2重量%、とりわけ少なくとも4重量%のアルデヒドを含む。
包装容器の内側に定置される接着剤ストリップの量は、寸法、特にヘッドスペースの量、包装容器及び容器内に収容されるパウチの数と大きさによって決まる。例えば、包装容器が10個のポリビニルアルコール製で容積約50mLのパウチを収容し、そのパウチがその包装容器の内部容積の40%以上を、好ましくは60%以上を、より好ましくは70%以上を占有する場合、約0.05〜約0.3gのホットメルト接着剤が必要であろう。40%〜60%のアルデヒド含有香料を含むホットメルトでは、好ましくは約0.1〜約0.2gである。
以下の実施例において、全ての濃度は重量パーセント(%)として引用される。

増粘剤:4%硬化ヒマシ油、16%HLAS、0.10%STPP、3.65%NaOH、残量は水
表2及び3は、ホットメルト接着剤の一部を形成するアルデヒド含有香料の組成物を例示している。アルデヒドは太字で強調されている。香料Aはレモンに似た香りを有する。香料Bは谷間の新鮮なスズランに似た香りを有する。
組成物A
24.75部のエルバックス(Elvax)(登録商標)250、デュポン(Dupont)から入手可能な、28重量%のビニルアセテート含量及び25dg/分のメルトフローインデックス(ASTM D1238)を有するポリ(エチレン−コ−ビニルアセテート);9.75部のエスコレンウルトラMV(Escorene Ultra MV)02528、エクソンモービルケミカル(ExxonMobil Chemical)から入手可能な、27.5重量%のビニルアセテート含量及び190℃で3.1Pa.s(3100cps)の溶融粘度(エクソン・モービル法(ExxonMobil method))を有するポリ(エチレン−コ−ビニルアセテート);15部のフォラリン(Foralyn)(商標)5020F、イーストマンケミカル(Eastman Chemical)から入手可能なロジンエステル可塑剤;及び0.5部のイルガノックス(Irganox)(商標)B225、チバガイギー(Ciba Geigy)(スイス)から入手可能な酸化防止剤を、シグマーブレードミキサーに加えてポリマーの融点(約120℃)よりも約10〜20℃高い温度に加熱した。均質な塊が得られるまで成分を混合した。次いで、温度を、混合物がまだ溶融している点まで、通常は混合物の融点(本ケースでは約80℃)よりも約10〜20℃高い点まで低下させた。50部の香料(組成物A又はB、表2又は3)を可塑化されたポリマー混合物に加えた。成分を、均質な混合物が得られるまで混合した。
39.5gのエスコレンウルトラMV02528、エクソンモービルケミカル(ExxonMobil Chemical)から入手可能な、27.5重量%のビニルアセテート含量及び190℃で3.1Pa.s(3100cps)の溶融粘度(エクソン・モービル法(ExxonMobil method)を有するポリ(エチレン−コ−ビニルアセテート);30部のフォラリン(Foralyn)(商標)5020F、イーストマンケミカル(Eastman Chemical)から入手可能なロジンエステル可塑剤;及び0.5部のイルガノックス(Irganox)(商標)B225、チバガイギー(Ciba Geigy)(スイス)から入手可能な酸化防止剤を、シグマーブレードミキサーに加えてポリマーの融点(約120℃)よりも約10〜20℃高い温度に加熱した。均質な塊が得られるまで成分を混合した。次に温度を、混合物がなお溶融している点、典型的には混合物の融点(本ケースでは約60℃)よりも約10〜20℃高い点まで下げた。30部の香料(組成物A又はB、表2又は3)を可塑化されたポリマー混合物に加えた。成分を、均質な混合物が得られるまで混合した。
Claims (12)
- 液体組成物及び包装フィルム材料を含む水溶性洗浄パウチと、そのための包装容器との組み合わせを含む洗剤パックであって、
d)前記液体組成物が第1の香料を含み、
e)前記包装容器が蓋部分及びフレーム部分を備えるヒンジ式の蓋を備え、
f)前記包装容器が実質的に前記容器の開口部におけるその内壁に接着した接着剤ストリップを備え、前記接着剤ストリップがアルデヒド含有香料を含む、洗剤パック。 - 前記包装フィルム材料がポリビニルアルコールである、請求項1に記載の洗剤パック。
- 前記接着剤ストリップがホットメルト接着剤である、請求項1又は2に記載の洗剤パック。
- 前記ホットメルト接着剤が、
d)エチレンと少なくともヘテロ原子を含む少なくとも別のモノマーとのコポリマーと、
e)少なくとも1つのヘテロ原子を含む少なくとも10%の可塑剤と、
f)約20%〜約70%のアルデヒド含有香料とを含む、請求項3に記載の洗剤パック。 - 前記水溶性パウチが多区画パウチである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の洗剤パック。
- 前記水溶性パウチが粉末区画を含む多区画パウチである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の洗剤パック。
- 前記水溶性洗剤パウチが食器洗い又は洗濯洗浄パウチである、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の洗剤パック。
- 前記包装容器が透明プラスチックタブである、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の洗剤パック。
- 前記包装容器の蓋部分又はフレーム部分が不透明、好ましくは色付きである、請求項7に記載の洗剤パック。
- 洗浄組成物及び包装フィルム材料を含み、悪臭を発生する水溶性パウチを収容する包装容器の内部の悪臭を、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の包装容器にその内壁に接着したホットメルト接着剤を提供することによって防止又は低減する方法であって、前記ホットメルト接着剤がアルデヒド含有香料を含む、方法。
- 前記包装フィルム材料がポリビニルアルコールである、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記水溶性パウチが粉末区画及び液体区画を有する2重区画パウチである、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
