一种除垢去污防护产品,包括功能要素和外围结构物,所述外围结构物将功能要素以物理拘束的方式可分离的拘束在一起,所述产品中至少具有两种功能要素。
进一步的,所述外围结构物为瓶、盒、袋、网、筐、罐中的一种或几种的组合形式。
进一步的,所述功能要素各自具有不同的功能,包括抗菌功能、消毒功能、抗螨功能、防护功能、缓释功能、消臭除臭功能。
进一步的,所述功能要素为袋剂、水剂、乳剂、片剂、球剂、块剂中的一种或几种的组合形式。所述的片剂是以淀粉为基质及附着在其上的清洁组合物构成的。所述的瓶状、袋状、盒状、管状、或球状是一种外包装模式,其所包装的内容物可以是所述的水剂、乳剂和球剂。所述功能要素为直接可使用的;或者,为间接可使用的;或者,为直接可使用的和间接可使用的组合。直接可使用的功能要素主要是衣物洗涤产品,例如单一功效的洗衣液,可以与柔顺剂、漂白剂、杀菌剂等相组合;间接可使用的功能要素主要是厨房清洁用品,例如餐具洗洁精,可以与果蔬洗洁精、灶台清洁剂、油烟机清洁剂等搭配使用;也可以是家具洗护用品,例如家具清洗剂,可以与家具消毒剂、家具养护剂、家具精油、家具蜡等相组合,在一次使用过程中满足众多的复杂需求而达到不同的效果。不同剂型的功能要素能够满足不同的使用场合,袋剂适合于衣物和表面的清洁和养护,片剂适合于大包装的洗涤以及便携洗涤。不同形状的间接可使用的功能要素,与直接可使用的功能要素相配合,能够满足不同的使用场合。

进一步的,所述水溶性的高分子膜为聚乙烯醇膜、聚乙烯醇共聚物膜、改性淀粉膜中的一种或几种。这些水溶性的高分子膜可以包裹除垢去污的防护要素内容物而形成不同的单独小包装,同时在使用时可以扔到水中,进而快速地溶解。这样能够极大地提高除垢去污防护要素内容物的活性浓度而大量降低水溶剂的使用,便捷而且环保。

本实施例是在实施例1基础上的优选方案,本实施例所述的除垢去污防护产品具体为:将衣物鞋帽除垢去污组合物、卫厨用除垢去污组合物和家具地板除垢去污组合物,分别用水溶性的高分子膜包被,制得3种功能要素,3种功能要素各选取至少2个,依次排列置于包装盒内,即得到所述的除垢去污防护产品;

所述衣物鞋帽除垢去污组合物的制备方法如下:
1.脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(9)羧酸钠先与氢氧化钠中和得到产品A,待用;
2.在反应釜中加入50%50℃-60℃的去离子水,然后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(7)醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚、烷基糖苷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(3)醚、丙二醇、聚乙二醇、丙烯酸聚合物搅拌均匀得到溶液B;
3.将A添加到B中,搅拌均匀;
4.将咪唑啉硫酸甲酯铵与月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱混合后添加到溶液B中,搅拌均匀待用;
5.待温度降到40℃以下时,加入聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐、二葵基-二甲基羟乙基氯化铵、1,2-苯并异赛唑啉-3酮、最后加入香精,补齐去离子水搅拌均匀,过滤、静置,即得到所述的衣物鞋帽除垢去污组合物。

1. 将硅油100或者硅油350于十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(7)醚进行乳化溶解,乳化温度控制在50℃,乳化好后备用;
2. 在反应釜中加入50%的50℃左右的热水,然后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、支链型脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(7)醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(3)醚、氧化铵搅拌均匀;
3. 待温度降到40℃时加入聚六亚甲基双胍、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、双烷基季铵盐最后加入香精,搅拌均匀,过滤即得到所述家具地板除垢去污防护组合物。
实施例3
本实施例是在实施例1基础上的优选方案,本实施例所述除垢去污防护产品为衣物洗涤产品,所述衣物洗涤产品包括至少3种以上的功能元素和将所述至少3种以上的独特洗涤剂包拘束在一起的外围结构物,所述功能元素为独特洗涤剂包,其中,所述至少3种以上的独特洗涤剂包包括第一种液状洗涤剂组合物和水溶性高分子膜所形成的第一种袋,第二种液状洗涤剂组合物和水溶性高分子膜所形成的第二种袋,第三种液状洗涤剂组合物和水溶性高分子膜所形成的第三种袋;所述三种液状洗涤剂组合物分别具有三种不同的香味;所述三种袋拥有三种不同的外观特征;
所述第一种外观特征包括第一种颜色或第一种形状,所述第二种外观特征包括第二种颜色或第二种形状,所述第三种外观特征包括第三种颜色或第三种形状;所述外围结构物为盒、筐、罐、或瓶。
具体的,本实施例所述除垢去污防护产品为衣物洗涤产品包括5种功能元素,分别为具有柔软、抑菌、抗菌、消毒、亮白功能的衣物洗涤剂,具有柔软功能的衣物洗涤剂所拥有的香精为太阳花,颜色为粉色。具有抑菌、抗菌、消毒、亮白功能的衣物洗涤剂的颜色分别对应浅棕色、棕色、白色和蓝色,所含精油分别为抑菌精油、薰衣草精油、茶树精油、许愿精灵精油。各衣物洗涤剂通过水溶性高分子膜塑成圆形、方形、椭形等形状。不同的香型、颜色对应不同的功能、可以让消费者明确自己的洗衣目的,不至于混淆。
所述的柔软、抑菌、抗菌、消毒、亮白的衣物洗涤产品的所用的原料包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(2)硫酸钠、支链型脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(7)醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚羧酸钠、改性油脂、月桂酰胺丙基二甲基甜菜碱、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐、二葵基二甲基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、丙烯酸聚合物、Runsoft TMS20、丙二醇、丙三醇。具体配方如下:
