Claims (10)
- ガス発生器(2)と、
間に液体有効成分(9)が入っている上部ストッパー(7)および下部ストッパー(8)によってふさがれているガラスチューブ6から構成されている貯蔵器5と、
容器(19)と、少なくとも1つの周縁注入ダクト(20)と、を備え付けた射出ノズル(15)と、
を具備し、
前記チューブ(6)は、その一方の端部にフランジ(4)を有し、このフランジ(4)によって前記ノズル(15)と接触している、無針注射器具(1)であって、
前記チューブ(6)は、より小さい直径の下部分(22)によって延在されている上部分(21)を具備する内部チャネルを有することと、
前記下部分(22)は前記フランジ(4)によって囲まれており、前記容器(19)に開口していることと、
を特徴とする無針注射器具(1)。 - 前記内部チャネルは、前記上部分(21)を前記下部分(22)から分けている収斂部分(23)を具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無針注射器具(1)。
- 前記下部分(22)の直径と前記上部分(21)の直径との間の比率は、0.85から0.98の間であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の無針注射器具(1)。
- 前記内部チャネルにある前記下部分(22)の長さと前記ストッパー下部(8)の長さとの間の比率は、0.5から2.0の間にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無針注射器具(1)。
- 前記下部分(22)の長さは、前記フランジ(4)の長さよりも長いかまたは等しいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無針注射器具(1)。
- 前記上部分(21)における前記チューブ(6)の厚さと前記フランジ(4)における前記チューブの厚さとの間の比率は、0.5未満であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の無針注射器具(1)。
- 前記フランジ(4)の長さと前記フランジ(4)における前記チューブ(16)の厚さとの間の比率は、0.1から0.8の間にあることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の無針注射器具(1)。
- 前記ストッパー下部(8)は、固形で円筒であり、平滑な外側壁を有し、各々の端部において水平な環状面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無針注射器具(1)。
- 前記ガラスチューブ(6)は、化学強化によって、または熱強化によって、強度を改善するために処理されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無針注射器具(1)。
- 前記ガラスチューブ(6)および前記ストッパー下部(8)はシリコン処理をされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無針注射器具(1)。
