Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 排気ターボチャージャ(1)のためのウェストゲートアクチュエータ(14)であって、アクチュエータハウジング(18)およびアクチュエータカバー(19)を備え、ウェストゲートアクチュエータ(14)内に、ウェストゲート弁を操作する部材と、ウェストゲート弁を操作する部材を制御する電子構成部品(23)とが配置されている形式のものにおいて、アクチュエータハウジング(18)またはアクチュエータカバー(19)に、ランナの回転により惹起される磁界の変化を検出するセンサ(15)が配置されていることを特徴とする、排気ターボチャージャのためのウェストゲートアクチュエータ。
- アクチュエータハウジング(18)内に、プリント配線板(20)が配置されており、該プリント配線板(20)上に、ウェストゲート弁を操作する部材を制御する電子構成部品(23)と、センサ信号を評価する電子構成部品(23)とが配置されている、請求項1記載の排気ターボチャージャのためのウェストゲートアクチュエータ。
- センサ(15)が、磁気抵抗効果を利用したセンサ素子(16)を有する、請求項1または2記載の排気ターボチャージャのためのウェストゲートアクチュエータ。
- センサ(15)が、ホールセンサ素子(16)を有する、請求項1または2記載の排気ターボチャージャのためのウェストゲートアクチュエータ。
- センサ(15)が、誘導型のセンサ素子(16)を有する、請求項1または2記載の排気ターボチャージャのためのウェストゲートアクチュエータ。
- アクチュエータハウジング(18)および/またはアクチュエータカバー(19)がアルミニウムからなる、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の排気ターボチャージャのためのウェストゲートアクチュエータ。
- アクチュエータハウジング(18)および/またはアクチュエータカバー(19)がプラスチックからなる、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の排気ターボチャージャのためのウェストゲートアクチュエータ。
