Claims (8)
- フィルタハウジング(12)に収容されたフィルタエレメント(10)を用いて流体流から汚染物質を分離するフィルタ装置において、濾過すべき流体流が旋回流として前記フィルタエレメント(10)の周りに少なくとも部分的に案内されるように、前記フィルタハウジング(12)が旋回空間(14)を備えていることを特徴とするフィルタ装置。
- 前記旋回空間(14)が、前記フィルタハウジング(12)の両ハウジング端部(16)の一方の方向に前記フィルタハウジング(12)の円錐状の拡張部によって形成されており、未濾過媒体用の流入口(18)が前記フィルタエレメント(10)の長手軸線(20)に対し偏心して前記フィルタハウジング(12)を通って延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 濾過済み流体用の排出口(24)がハウジング端部(16)の一方を通って延び、前記フィルタエレメント(10)の内側への流体の接続部を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記旋回空間(14)の領域の前記フィルタハウジング(12)の前記円錐状の拡張部が、円筒状の、または円錐状の、小さな勾配を有するハウジング部(30)に移行していることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記フィルタエレメント(10)の自由端(32)が、前記フィルタハウジング(12)の他方の端部(34)の方向に向けられており、当該他方の端部(34)が、前記フィルタエレメント(10)に対し予め設定可能な軸方向間隔で一種の収集室(36)を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記収集室(36)が、前記フィルタハウジング(12)の他方の端部(34)の方向に円錐状に少なくとも部分的に先細りしていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記フィルタエレメント(10)が、前記旋回空間(14)を出発点として自由端(32)に向かって円錐状に先細りしている好ましくは間隙型のろ過部の管状のフィルタエレメントとして形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記フィルタエレメント(10)の長手軸線(20)方向に見て、円錐状のハウジング壁部(16)を有する前記旋回空間(14)の全長および前記収集室(36)の全長が、前記フィルタエレメント(10)の全長の少なくとも3分の1で、2分の1未満に相当していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ装置。
