Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle seat mounted on a vehicle such as an automobile.
Conventionally, an impact dispersion member that can disperse an impact applied to a seat may be provided on a vehicle seat (see Patent Document 1). For example, the impact dispersion member is provided in the lower rear portion of the seat, and is adjacent to a tunnel portion extending in the front-rear direction at the left and right center of the vehicle floor. Therefore, when the impact applied to the side of the vehicle is transmitted to the seat, the seat is pushed toward the tunnel portion by the impact, and the impact dispersion portion hits the tunnel portion. Therefore, the impact applied to the sheet is transmitted to the tunnel portion via the impact dispersion member and dispersed, and the stress concentration can be relaxed. Thus, breakage of the sheet can be suppressed.
However, impacts in various directions can be applied to the sheet. For example, when the vehicle collides during traveling and stops or decelerates, the weight of the user seated on the seat is transmitted to the seat belt by inertial force. As a result, the seat belt may be pulled forward, and the seat belt may push a part of the seat. However, a structure capable of suitably dispersing the force (impact) applied to the seat from the seat belt has not been known. Then, this invention makes it a subject to provide the vehicle seat provided with the structure which can disperse | distribute and receive the force added to the seat from the seatbelt.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is a vehicle seat having a configuration as described in each claim. According to the first aspect of the present invention, the frame includes a frame extending in the front-rear direction along the side surface of the seat cushion, a side shield covering the side surface of the frame, and an impact dispersion member provided between the frame and the side shield. ing. The impact dispersion member is disposed at a position corresponding to a part of the seat belt disposed on the side of the side shield and extending in the vertical direction. When a part of the seat belt receives a force forward and in the side shield direction, the force is transmitted from the side shield to the frame via the impact dispersion member.
Therefore, the force applied from the seat belt to the side shield can be dispersed by the impact dispersion member. In other words, when the vehicle collides during movement and stops or decelerates, the weight of the user seated on the seat is transmitted to the seat belt by inertial force. A part of the seat belt is disposed on the side of the side shield, and the side shield is pushed toward the seat cushion by the part. The force applied to the side shield is transmitted to the frame by the impact dispersing member and dispersed in the frame. Thereby, stress concentration that may occur in a part of the sheet such as the side shield is alleviated, and damage to the side shield or the like can be suppressed. The impact dispersion member is provided between the frame and the side shield. For this reason, the impact dispersive member is less likely to damage the design of the sheet.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the impact dispersion member is attached to one of both the frame and the side shield. A chamfered portion is formed at the rear end of one side of the impact dispersion member facing the other of the two members.
Therefore, stress concentration that may occur in the vicinity of the rear end portion of the impact dispersion member can be alleviated by the chamfered portion. In other words, when the vehicle collides during movement and stops, the weight of the user is transmitted to the seat belt by inertial force. At this time, a part of the seat belt disposed on the side of the side shield moves forward while sliding on the side surface of the side shield. Then, a force is applied to the impact dispersion member from the rear side to the front side through the side shield, and there is a risk that stress concentration occurs at the rear end portion of the impact dispersion member. On the other hand, a chamfered portion is formed at the rear end portion of the impact dispersion member. Therefore, the stress concentration is relaxed, and damage to the impact dispersion member, the side shield, and the like can be suppressed.
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIG. 1, a vehicle seat 1 is a seat mounted on a
As shown in FIG. 1, a vehicle (automobile) 10 is equipped with a
The
As shown in FIG. 1, the lower end portion of the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The upper part of the leg 2a4 is rotatably attached to the front part or the rear part of the upper side frame 2a1 as shown in FIG. The lower part of the leg 2a4 is rotatably connected to the front part or the rear part of the lower side frame 2a5. Therefore, the height of the upper side frame 2a1 can be adjusted by tilting the four legs 2a4. Further, the height of only the front side of the upper side frame 2a1 can be adjusted by tilting the two front legs 2a4. Reinforcing rods 2a2 and 2a3 are provided between the front part and the rear part of the pair of upper side frames 2a1.
A pair of
As shown in FIG. 2, a plurality of
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the side shield 4 is integrally formed with a
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, switches 7 a and 7 b for operating the
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, holes 5a1 to 5a4 are formed in the left and right parts and the upper and lower parts of the
As shown in FIG. 4, the
The chamfered
The
When the
As described above, the
Therefore, the force F applied from the
