Abstract
【解決手段】バイオマスを乾留してバイオマス炭を製造する際に、バイオマスにカルシウムを添加し、該添加後のバイオマスを乾留することを特徴とする竪型炉吹き込み用バイオマス炭の製造方法を用いる。飽和濃度以上の水酸化カルシウム水溶液によりバイオマスを洗浄することで、バイオマスにカルシウムを添加することが好ましい。

(1)バイオマスを乾留してバイオマス炭を製造する際に、
前記バイオマスにカルシウムを添加し、該添加後のバイオマスを乾留することを特徴とする竪型炉吹き込み用バイオマス炭の製造方法。
(2)カルシウム含有水によりバイオマスを洗浄することで、バイオマスにカルシウムを添加することを特徴とする、(1)に記載の竪型炉吹き込み用バイオマス炭の製造方法。
(3)蒸気を用いて加圧処理したバイオマスにカルシウムを添加することを特徴とする(1)または(2)に記載の竪型炉吹き込み用バイオマス炭の製造方法。
(4)酸洗処理したバイオマスにカルシウムを添加することを特徴とする(1)または(2)に記載の竪型炉吹き込み用バイオマス炭の製造方法。

- バイオマスを乾留してバイオマス炭を製造する際に、
前記バイオマスにカルシウムを添加し、該添加後のバイオマスを乾留することを特徴とする竪型炉吹き込み用バイオマス炭の製造方法。 - カルシウム含有水によりバイオマスを洗浄することで、バイオマスにカルシウムを添加することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の竪型炉吹き込み用バイオマス炭の製造方法。
- 蒸気を用いて加圧処理したバイオマスにカルシウムを添加することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の竪型炉吹き込み用バイオマス炭の製造方法。
- 酸洗処理したバイオマスにカルシウムを添加することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の竪型炉吹き込み用バイオマス炭の製造方法。
