Abstract

Description
−例えばビスコースまたはガラス繊維等の有機繊維または人工鉱物繊維(即ち、自然界に存在し、織物または他の材料を得るために化学処理に付された製品から製造されたもの)、および/または
−例えばPA6型またはPA6.6型ポリアミド、例えばPET型のポリエステルまたはポリエチレンもしくはポリプロピレン等のポリオレフィン等の織物または他のタイプの熱可塑性ポリマー等の少なくとも1つのポリマーを基礎とする合成繊維(即ち、石炭または石油派生物から完全に化学的方法で製造されたもの)。
−3つのゴム層202,203a,203bと、これらの間に交互に差し込まれる2つのシート204a,204bとは、ずれて配置された(即ち、1つの断面内に位置合わせされていない)接着点205a,205b,205c,205dによって接合される。各接着点205a,205b,205c,205dは、各不織シート204a,204bの両面にそれぞれ設けられている
−内側のゴム層202は、容器の壁6上に設けられた、例えばプラスチックで製造される中間コーティング206に接着されている。ならびに、
−外側のゴム層203bの上には、接着により、好適には例えば「DYNEEMA」の商品名を有する強力ポリエチレン(PEHT)を基礎とする機械的防護コーティング207が設けられている。このコーティング207は、容器にとって硬くかつ耐火性のあるケーシングを形成するために、架橋の間に収縮するポリウレタンを好適には基礎とする補強および耐火用の外部コーティング208で覆われている。
質量変動の決定に際しては、NFT規格46−013に記載されている方法から導出した方法に準拠した。試験条件は、下記の通りであった。

試験片の寸法:20×20×4mm3
質量読取り:浸漬終了後1分間
試験対象燃料:ガソリンおよびディーゼル(規格品)
燃料毎の試験回数:3回
a)ガソリン内への浸漬後:
コンパクトゴム試験片で、V=14.3%、および、
多孔質ゴム試験片で、V=500%、ならびに
b)ディーゼル内への浸漬後:
コンパクトゴム試験片で、V=4.6%、および、
多孔質ゴム試験片で、V=120%。
上述の3つの不織物を(TOTAL給油所で入手できる)規格ディーゼル内に23℃で浸漬した後のその質量ΔMの経時的変化および相対変動を、(開放気泡を有する天然ゴムを基礎とする)商品名「NR V194C5」を有する架橋/膨脹ゴム合成物から成る試験片の質量の相対変動Vと比較して観察した。前述の式を使用して、ΔMを計算した。但し、Mfは、時間t(0.5分から4分までの範囲)において考察された試験片の質量である。
Claims (18)
- 常温および標準圧力条件において使用可能なモータの燃料、潤滑オイル、油圧オイルおよび重質炭化水素溶剤より成る群から選択される液体を含む容器の壁の外面へ取り付けるための防弾用多層防護デバイスであって、
前記壁に対して近い内側およびより外の外側の複数のゴム層を備え、その最も外側のゴム層または前記より外側のゴム層のうちの少なくとも1つは、液体に接触して膨潤することによって前記壁の穿孔をセルフシールするための多孔質ゴムにより形成され、これら隣接する少なくとも2つのゴム層は、間に差し込まれる繊維構造体によって互いに接合され、
間に差し込まれる1または複数の前記繊維構造体は、不織繊維を基礎とする少なくとも1枚のシートを備え、前記シートは、前記液体を吸収し、かつ、前記シートに接触している1つまたは複数の多孔質ゴム層の表面全体で吸収された液体の拡散を促進するとともに、その膨潤を促進しかつ増大すること、さらに、これにより、前記セルフシールを最短時間で得ることに適することを特徴とする防弾用多層防護デバイス。 - 間に差し込まれる1または複数の前記繊維構造体は、毛細管現象および内部浸漬によって、前記浸漬より前の前記繊維構造体の質量の200%より多い質量の前記液体を吸収することに適することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の防護デバイス。
- 間に差し込まれる1または複数の前記繊維構造体は、50g/m2から200g/m2までの間の単位面積当たりの質量を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の防護デバイス。
- 間に差し込まれる1または複数の前記繊維構造体は、0.5mmから5mmまでの間の厚さを有し、前記繊維構造体を構成する前記シートは、不織紙または例えば液体吸収性のある吸取り紙で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の防護デバイス。
- 間に差し込まれる1または複数の前記繊維構造体は、好適には150g/m2から200g/m2までの間の単位面積当たりの質量を有する不織物で形成される1枚のシートからなることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の防護デバイス。
- 間に差し込まれる1または複数の前記繊維構造体は、毛細管現象および内部浸漬により、前記浸漬より前の前記繊維構造体の質量の500%より多い質量の前記液体を吸収することに適することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の防護デバイス。
- 前記不織物は、毛細管現象により、ディーゼル燃料内への浸漬の前の前記不織物の質量の1000%を超える多くの量のディーゼル燃料を吸収するために、好適には「OIL PAD 200」という商品名であるポリプロピレンを基礎とすることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の防護デバイス。
- 前記多孔質ゴム層は、開放気泡を有する架橋/膨脹ゴムの合成物からなり、好適には0.2から0.4までの間の比重を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の防護デバイス。
- 前記多孔質ゴム層は、
−天然ゴム(NR)、ポリイソプレン(IR)、ポリクロロプレン(CR)、スチレン−ブタジエン共重合体(SBR)、ポリブタジエン(BR)、イソプレン−イソブチレン共重合体(IIR)、エチレン−プロピレン−ジエン共重合体(EPDM)および天然ゴムとこれらのエラストマーのうちの別のものとの配合物より成る群から選択される、または、

- 前記ゴム層は、天然ゴムを基礎とする開放気泡を有する架橋/膨脹ゴムの合成物からなる気泡質であり、任意選択として例えばSBRまたはEPDMなどの別のエラストマーと混合されることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の防護デバイス。
- 前記多孔質ゴム層は、穿孔事態においてその膨潤を促進するために、これらの層において間隔をあけられた所定の点においてのみ互いに接合されることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の防護デバイス。
- 前記ゴム層は、前記所定の点のそれぞれにおいてこれらのゴム層を通過する、ステープル、リベットまたはステッチ等の機械的手段によって互いに接合されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の防護デバイス。
- 前記ゴム層は、これらの層内の互いの層に対する可変変形を許容するために、間に差し込まれる1または複数の前記繊維構造体の2面の各々へ適用されるオフセットされた接着点によって接合されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の防護デバイス。
- 前記最も外側のゴム層の上には、例えば前記容器の機械的強度、剛性および/または耐火性を高めるために、1つまたは複数の外部コーティングが例えば接着によって取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の防護デバイス。
- 常温および標準圧力条件において使用可能なモータの燃料、潤滑オイル、油圧オイルおよび重質炭化水素溶剤より成る群から選択される液体を含み、具体的には、陸上用、海上用または航空用車両のタンク、貯蔵タンクまたはタンク自動車である容器であって、
前記容器の境界となる壁の外面の1つは、請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載の防弾用多層防護デバイスで覆われている容器。 - 前記防護デバイスの前記内側のゴム層は前記壁に接着され、前記内側のゴム層は任意選択として中間コーティングで覆われることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の容器。
- 前記容器はディーゼル燃料またはガソリンを含む自動車用タンクであり、前記タンクは金属、プラスチックまたは複合材料から製造されることを特徴とする請求項16または17に記載の容器。
