Abstract
【解決手段】金属成分を、高温のプラズマ内で励起、発光させ、その発光を分光分析することで多成分同時かつ高感度に分析する高周波誘導結合プラズマ発光分光分析方法において、試料に含有または付着した有機金属成分を二酸化炭素の超臨界流体を用いて選択的に抽出した後、目的物質を含む超臨界流体を、マイクロピンホールノズルを用いてプラズマ内に連続的に導入することを特徴とする高周波誘導結合プラズマ発光分光分析方法を用いた有機金属成分の定量分析方法。

Claims (4)
- 試料に付着または含有される有機金属を、超臨界流体を用いて抽出する工程と、
抽出された前記有機金属を含む超臨界流体をマイクロピンホールノズルを用いて高周波誘導結合プラズマ内に導入する工程と、
前記有機金属を構成する金属元素を、高周波誘導結合プラズマ発光分光分析法により、励起・イオン化させ、緩和する際に生じる発光の波長及び強度を分光分析する工程と、
前記分光分析された金属元素の発光強度から前記有機金属を定量する工程と、からなることを特徴とする高周波誘導結合プラズマ発光分光分析法を用いた有機金属の定量分析方法。 - 前記超臨界流体を二酸化炭素とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高周波誘導結合プラズマ発光分光分析法を用いた有機金属の定量分析方法。
- 前記超臨界流体の圧力を10〜30MPaとし、温度を常温〜80℃とすることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の高周波誘導結合プラズマ発光分光分析法を用いた有機金属の定量分析方法。
- 前記マイクロピンホールノズルの内径を1〜20μmとすることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の高周波誘導結合プラズマ発光分光分析法を用いた有機金属の定量分析方法。
