Abstract
【解決手段】発電装置1は、エンジンEの回転軸9に連結されるトラクション変速機22と、トラクション変速機22の上方に配置されてトラクション変速機22の出力により駆動される発電機23と、トラクション変速機22の下方に配置されてトラクション変速機22の出力により駆動される潤滑油用のオイルポンプユニット24とを備え、エンジンEにより駆動される。

Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る航空機用発電装置1のエンジンEへの連結状態を模式的に示した構成図である。エンジンEは、2軸型ファンエンジンであり、圧縮機2、燃焼器3、タービン4およびファン10を主要構成要素として備え、圧縮機2から供給される圧縮空気を燃焼器3で燃焼させ、その燃焼により発生する高温高圧の燃焼ガスがタービン4に供給される。タービン4は前段側の高圧タービン41と後段側の低圧タービン42とを有し、圧縮機1は、中空の高圧軸7を介して高圧タービン41に連結されており、この高圧タービン41より回転駆動される。ファン10は、高圧軸7の中空部に挿通された低圧軸9を介して低圧タービン42に連結されており、この低圧タービン42により回転駆動される。こうして、低圧タービン42から噴射される燃焼ガスのジェット流と、ファン10により生成される高速空気流とによりエンジン推力が得られる。

Claims (6)
- 航空機用エンジンにより駆動される発電装置であって、
前記エンジンの回転軸に連結されるトラクション変速機と、
前記トラクション変速機の出力により駆動される発電機と、
前記トラクション変速機の出力により駆動される潤滑油用のオイルポンプユニットとを備え、
前記トラクション変速機、発電機およびオイルポンプユニットが上下方向に並んで配置されている航空機用発電装置。 - 請求項1において、前記発電機、トラクション変速機およびオイルポンプユニットの各軸心が互いに平行で、かつ前記トラクション変速機の軸方向から見て弓形の配置ライン上に配置されている航空機用発電装置。
- 請求項2において、前記トラクション変速機と前記発電機との間をギヤ連結するアイドラ軸を有し、このアイドラ軸に、前記トラクション変速機の出力ギヤに噛み合う第1中間ギヤと、前記発電機の入力ギヤに噛み合う第2中間ギヤとが設けられている航空機用発電装置。
- 請求項2または3において、前記アイドラ軸の軸心が前記弓形の配置ラインよりも内側に偏位している航空機用発電装置。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項において、さらに、前記トラクション変速機、発電機およびオイルポンプユニットを収納するケースを備え、前記ケースの底部に潤滑油を貯留するオイル溜まりが形成されており、前記発電機は前記トラクション変速機の上方に配置され、前記オイルポンプユニットは前記トラクション変速機の下方に配置されている航空機用発電装置。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項において、前記オイルポンプユニットは、前記トラクション変速機の軸心と平行な単一のボンプ軸心を持つ吸引側ポンプおよび供給側ポンプを有する航空機用発電装置。
