Abstract
【解決手段】装置はレーザ光源に接続されビームが長さ方向に偏向等されるモジュール13を備え、CCDカメラ12用のモジュールが接続されCCDカメラで装置を配置し、ブレードへの粉末の蒸着を監視、制御が可能で、モジュール13のカメラモジュールに対向側にレーザビームを成形、集光するモジュール19、モジュール20が隣接する。モジュール20内の長手方向でヘッド21内の溶接粉末供給装置に接続される供給路35が、出射口36へ配向される。出射口にモジュール22が隣接し、これがガス源に接続され対象のブレードを含む開いた保護ガスダクトを形成し、翼端に付加される蒸着金属を保護ガスで封止し蒸着物を融解時等の劣化から保護する。

Claims (7)
- ガスタービン用のブリスクドラムのブレードをレーザー蒸着を用いた溶接により修復する装置であって、集光レーザビームを生成するレーザ光源およびレーザ光学素子と、粉末リザーバに接続されて前記レーザビーム(26)により溶解される噴射金属粉末(30)を溶接部位に供給する粉末供給路(35)とを含み、モジュラー式溶接装置(7)は、
前記レーザ光源(8)に接続され、入光する前記レーザビーム(26)が内部で成形および偏向される接続モジュール(13)と、
CCDカメラ(12)用に前記接続モジュール(13)の一方側に接続されるカメラモジュール(18)と、
他方側に接続されて前記レーザビーム(26)を成形および集光するビーム成形モジュール(19)と、
前記ビーム成形モジュール(19)に隣接し、前記レーザビーム(26)および前記粉末供給路(35)が溶接ヘッドモジュール(20)の長さ方向に伸長、かつ蒸着ヘッド(21)内で側方出射口(36)へ向かって配向される細長形状の溶接ヘッドモジュール(20)と、
前記出射口(36)に隣接し、保護ガス源(11)に接続され、開かれた保護ガスダクト(31)を形成し、翼端に付加される蒸着金属を融解および冷却時に劣化から保護する保護ガスシールドモジュール(22)とを含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記保護ガスシールドモジュール(22)は、
前記溶接ヘッドモジュール(20)上に配置される固定ダクト部(32)、各ブレードの形状およびサイズに適合する交換可能な可動ダクト部(33)、および修復対象のブレードに一時的に取付けられ、蒸着加工時に前記溶接装置(7)および前記保護ガスシールドモジュール(22)を保持するスロット付摺動素子(34)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記接続モジュール(13)およびビーム成形モジュール(19)内に配置されてビーム成形および集光する視準レンズ(24、27)および集光レンズ(28)と、水源(9)に接続されて前記レンズを冷却する冷却回路とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ビーム成形モジュール(19)は前記保護ガス源(11)に接続されて、前記溶接装置(7)の光学素子の劣化を防止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記接続モジュール(13)および前記溶接ヘッドモジュール(20)内に配置されて前記レーザビーム(26)を偏向させる偏向鏡(25、29)と、白色光ビームを前記CCDカメラ(12)へ向かって偏向させる反射鏡(16)とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記溶接装置(7)を工業用ロボットに接続する固定素子(23)が前記接続モジュール(13)もしくは前記ビーム成形モジュール(19)上に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- レーザ光を前記接続モジュール(13)に結合する光ファイバコネクタ(14)が前記接続モジュール(13)上に設けられ、前記光ファイバコネクタ(14)は光ファイバケーブル(15)を介して前記レーザ光源(8)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
